The first set of tunes worked as expected, and to his credit, revisions were handled and that truck is running fine. However, the second set of tunes (for my Excursion) has been a completely different experience. The files will download, but they will not properly load into the truck. The process fails during flashing, throws an error code, and requires a full reflash to recover. This is not an isolated issue--I've communicated this directly and clearly. Despite being aware of the problem, there has been no resolution. I have not received corrected tunes, and I have not been able to get a response regarding the issue. Calls and messages have gone unanswered, so the situation remains unresolved. At this point, I've paid for a product that I cannot use. If you're considering doing business here, just be aware: initial support may be there, but if something goes wrong, communication and follow-through may be an issue. I would update this review if the issue is made right, but as it stands, this has been a frustrating and unresolved experience.

Brought my truck in to have head studs installed. The truck was in proper working order when…read moredropped off. Upon pick up the truck was smoking which the owner Eric said was normal and to drive it for hundreds of miles wile adding gallons of fuel stabilizer to it.They deleted the emissions off of the truck without me asking for this to be done. It didn't take long for me to google the issues and have a problem diagnosed. Eric ensured me it was just an injector issue. Eric later suggested I take it to Marty's Diesel for an correct evaluation as he could not properly diagnose the issue himself at his own garage. He told me he would pay for any services and did not. Bottom line the truck has had the turbos damaged from poor workmanship preformed at this shop. They get you in the door and give you back your vehicle in worse condition than you dropped off. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PRIZED POSSESSION HERE. OUTSIDE APPEARANCE OF THIS PLACE ALONE SAYS ENOUGH. I DEFINITELY LEARNED MY LESSON. Can't wait to share this as much as possible. People like this should not be able to operate a business. The final quote was "I have plenty of money to not get paid for a job".
