Dates of previous service, repairs, and replacements were clearly marked in Sharpie across the engine, transmission, and other components -- demonstrating his thoroughness and memory of the boat's history. During the service, Chuck was able to recall all past repairs and nuances the boat had experienced, which gave me great confidence. He spent the entire day performing a comprehensive service, including oil, fuel, transmission, and water filter changes, water pump repairs, alternator electrical checks, and thorough inspections of the transmission cable and steering quadrant. We also created a detailed list of everything that had been completed, as well as future recommendations for the boat. Bobby the mechanic was great, and managed to clean the oilpan of debris without having to lift the engine. Also got the fuel injectors serviced, new prop shaft, balanced the prop etc etc. Everything went great. Clint the electrician and woodworker fix up some of the shady electrical systems from the previous owner and replace with a proper switch, nicely installed and also fixed the engine instruments. Excellent work. Alex was our project manager. He consistently kept us updated on what was happening, what new things had come up, our options etc. There's an excellent store onsite for everything DIY while there. All in all the work was on time, went well and everything was great.

They just called me to inform my the entire electrical system in the motor is fried. it is going to be cheaper to purchase a new motor. Mr. Tanner at boat pro's believes this is why Richie is not returning my calls. I. took Bengal action on another company a few years ago. it the small claims court I was awarded the sum. Then the contractor filed bankruptcy and did not have t o pay the money I was awarded. Laws need to be changed around this. Where a contractor that files a bankruptcy should not be able to avoid paying what they owe.
