We stopped in for a sandwich to take with us on a hike. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a quaint and small sandwich shop made from an old automotive garage.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff here are welcoming and friendly. We ordered a Turkey Gouda Sandwich and Chips. I enjoyed the variety of flavors and textures in the samdwich - highly recommend. And the chips were like kettle chips so they accompanied the sandwich perfectly. We'll definitely be back when in town next!

Super cute coffee shop, the coffee and service was great. I wasn't too impressed with our burritos because I felt like they had too much going on but you should try them for yourself.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]We loved everything about this place, from the scrumptious food to the millennial atmosphere.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Three of us got The McLovin: a pretzel bun with Canadian bacon, medium egg, cheese, & tater tots. It was filling, yummy, & unique. The waffles were the delicious sugar crusted ones w/ berries and fresh whipped cream, yet staying not too sweet. All our beverages were yummy, nothing too crazy, yet only $7 for a smoothie! [[HIGHLIGHT]]I would come here again, also because millennial-core restaurants are so intriguing with the comfortable vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] *We went at a prime time of 11a -- It was definitely busy but we found seating and our food came out quickly.

This place is busy for Memorial Monday. All the seats were filled and a long line to order. Ended up getting a liege waffle which had no sauce but has a lot of caramel like chips that melts over the warm waffles and added strawberries. Too sweet for me but great for sweet tooth people. Also ordered the smothered mother burrito filed with black beans, corn, scrambled eggs, tater tots, and cheddar cheese. Omitted the barbacoa beef. All smothered in ranchero sauce and crème fraiche. This was very filling. Would be cool to sit down and enjoy as well. Next time.

Awesome staff, amazing food and chill vibe!! Might make the move for this place alone! A must stop for everyone! Clearly the strawberry lemon bar almost missed the photo and with good reason!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place has a super fun, unique atmosphere. Garage theme comes through and well done.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The menu is pretty unique and features cute names and interesting combinations of food. The prices are moderate to slightly high though comparable to the area. And the service was friendly and helpful. The actual meals were large portions. I'd definitely recommend and say it's a solid 4.5 star place to go when in Moab.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Has a cafe vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Upon entry, grab a menu then order at the counter from the friendly staff. Sit at a table and your food will be brought out to you. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have some merchandise on display to browse while you wait.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ordered the Savory Quinoa bowl with chicken and the Smothered Mother burrito. Both were great and good portions. I took half of my meal with me. It was a nice healthier option!

They were out of vanilla ice cream which greatly limited their ice cream-based dessert offerings -- no affogato or ube milkshake (made with ube syrup and vanilla ice cream). Gor the cookies and cream affogado instead which was heavenly on a hot day thay started with a sunrise hike!

I think this is the place to be in Moab. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Very cool people, customers, and vibe.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food was tasty and I'd def go back to try more.

Really loved this place in Moab! We stopped in here for a late breakfast/lunch after doing a hike and it did not disappoint! The staff is really friendly as well. We each ordered the smothered mother burrito which was so very good. Don't skimp on the hot sauce though! I felt the red sauce on top needed some more kick/spices but otherwise it was great. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We sat out front in the patio and it was a beautiful day.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Followed it up with a coffee for the road. They serve La Barba coffee here which is one of our favorites in the valley so we were very excited for that. They also have a water bottle filler if you need to fill up!

Mr Rogers suggesting nicely that we bus our own tables. As a Latrobean I was stoked to see him on the wall!!

While there was a line to order it went quickly. Friendly cashier and wait crew. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Super chill, relaxed ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food was very tasty and fresh. Cold Brew was delicious. The fact that Mr Rogers was on the wall made my day!! And yes we did bus our table. Absolutely recommend this for both breakfast and lunch (which we had).

If there was one place I became a regular at during my time in Moab, it was the Moab Garage Co. You can tell by these photos, at least 3 times - there may have been a fourth. Everything I tried on their menu was a hit with my taste buds. Their beverages are out of this world. Wish I could have tried their bar side and some of their baked goods. They have a lovely vibe and displays featuring local artisan work.

Traditional Breakfast (scrambled eggs, bacon, hash browns, toast)
    Kyle A.

Good: The latte was tasty and the Traditional Breakfast was delicious. I opted for scrambled eggs, bacon, tater tots, sourdough toast. The eggs were cooked nicely and had a light seasoning. The tots were fun for breakfast, in place of typical hash browns. Not So Good: The bacon was completely overcooked, hard, and flat. In fact, I wasn't sure if it was real bacon or turkey bacon. Another complaint is the chaotic nature of how this place is operated. You walk up to a counter to order. It was very busy, loud, people everywhere. They don't take your name, give you a number or pager. Instead, a runner walks around a VERY crowded place searching for the right customer. Crazy to not have some kind of system. The loud, small space, broken up into front and back rooms, with all the people coming and going was just not relaxing in the least.

I'm pretty sure they have oat, coconut and soy, but might charge extra. They also have skim and half and half.

Do they have any non-dairy ice cream options?

Yes they do, my daughter is DF and they made a DF to order

Water was brought to our table before I'd even put my purse down. Our ordered drinks arrived shortly after. The menu is great! I got the Hot Bird with a side salad and I'm not kidding when I say it was one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I've had. The chicken breast was moist and there were no weird bits. The sauce was delicious, pickles crunchy, and the mini, tomato, and lettuce were great additions to an incredible sandwich. My side salad was big and fresh. It hadn't been sitting in a fridge for hours. The Mister got Bahn Mi and we were both very pleasantly surprised at how good tasty the sandwich was. The meat was warm and flavorful, the veggies were bright and crisp. It was excellent. The real surprise of the meal was the French fries. Think fair fries only thicker. They were so freaking good. Crunchy outside, piping hot and tender on the inside. Perfectly salty. I can't believe I'm raving over French fries but they were legit delicious. Cute space with indoor and outdoor seating options. The attached bar area also looked inviting. I would 1000% come here again.

I built my own burger with chicken, Swiss cheese, pineapple, jalapeños, blue cheese, and their Listen BBQ sauce (yes, I went all in ), and it hit the mark. So flavorful with the perfect mix of sweet, spicy, and savory. My husband had the mushroom burger and loved it, definitely a great pick if you want something more classic. I tried the jalapeño margarita, and while it wasn't my favorite (a little more lime-forward than I usually like), that's just personal taste, not a deal breaker at all. The food, the service, and the overall vibe were all on point. We'd absolutely come back, next time I might just switch up.

The Eggs Benedict are really so delicious. They use a non-traditional hollandaise sauce which, amazingly amped up the flavor of the eggs! And the eggs were perfectly made so that the whites were thoroughly cooked and the yolk was runny. Odd, but this is a difficult thing to get in a restaurant. The meal was served with delicious home fries where the potatoes were moist and flavored. We also ordered a side of their thick bacon, which had a bit of a different flavor - very nice. The bacon was perfectly cooked. We took a chance on the egg scramble, which had lots of promise with the many ingredients listed, but the eggs were overcooked and dry, so the other ingredients couldn't compensate. They served the eggs with a very nice bread for their toast. We almost didn't come here as we only saw the side of the building, which was a very small house looking structure. But as you continue down the street, you can see that they have expanded their restaurant to include the dining area: an "inside" area and a patio area. All of this new structure is glass or plastic windows, they have heating and cooling to accommodate for the time of day and they did a great job of making a pleasant eatery. Everyone we met at the restaurant was pleasant and kind. It was such an enjoyable time. We have a few more days in Moab, so we will be back.

However, the prices have absolutely skyrocketed. We paid five dollars each for some pretty fair tasting coffee. The omelette I used to order is now close to $20. The portion seemed quite a bit smaller too For breakfast for the two of us it was over 50 bucks. We used to have to wait at least an hour for breakfast but this time there was absolutely no wait. I'm wondering if due to the rising meal costs if that's impacting the number of customers coming in the door. I am not sure if I would come back again in the future, which is such a shame.
