It took me back to my childhood as my sister & I were at KRATE celebrating her birthday. My sis chose the chocolate mint parfait which she shared just one bite of with me. It was divine! Great mint flavor bursting through the creamy chocolate. I chose the Oatmeal Caramel Chocolate bar that is one of the BEST layered dessert bars I have ever encountered! Seriously, the caramel oozed onto the plate begging to be scooped up with my spoon. I asked Tracy for a bag to take the final 5 bites home (something to look forward to after my drive home to Tampa!). The shop is set up with such attention to detail in the chalkboard menu, Instagram worthy TREATS sign, display cases that invite you to buy some for now, some for later, & something for a friend who needs a little pick-me-up! As the owner working the bakery every day, Tracy has a lot to share and her passion for baking shines through. A little secret we found out from her is she ADORES cake pops and offers them only on the weekends. All baking is done on sight with no dividing wall between customers & Urban Sweets staff so you get hit with aromas that will transport you to your own childhood memory. Head to Wesley Chapel's KRATE today & tell Tracy Beth suggested you swing by for a few treats! Supporting local women-owned bakeries is now my favorite pastime!

I've been following them for sometime on their Instagram and I can definitely say that not only are their desserts so pretty, they are also tasty and sweet. Urban Sweets sells their cake parfaits, cookies, cupcakes, cake pops, edible cookie dough just to name a few of their many options. I tried the lemon parfait and my husband had the red velvet with chocolate raspberry cake parfait. In addition we each had a chocolate chip cookie. All happily satisfied our sweet tooth, and I will definitely be back. They are super friendly and welcoming to their adorable Krate with baked goods baked with love!

However recently last two times it was pretty bad, today especially. I got apple cider chai and it was pretty bad. It was super expensive and honestly, didn't taste any chai whatsoever. We also had decaf mocha with oatmilk and we just had to trash it immediately after we tried it. Not sure how can they even sell something so terrible to customers and again charge so much for such a low quality coffee. If you don't have good decaf beans, then don't offer decaf coffee. It's very upsetting to receive such a terrible coffee. Place was super run down with literal hole in the ceiling, so half of the place was closed down. Even the area that was open was super run down, and had pieces of pain coming out. So overall not a nice ambience.

My niece got an icecream with toppings mixed in. She ate it but wasn't impressed with the flavor. Said it tasted like food coloring in milk.
