Had the flight again today! We love the large variety of ice creams and love that some change out every few weeks or so. The cosmic brownie stole the show for me. It was rich and creamy!! So good! The champagne reminded me of a winey sorbet, it was pretty good. The cotton candy is one of my favorites here. It is light and food dye free. This was the last time I go to this place. I was eating my ice cream in the store when a delivery driver came to pick up an order, and I noticed that one of the workers had written a big message in Sharpie saying: "DO NOT TIP!" I found that so malicious and completely unnecessary. Why would a restaurant tell a customer not to tip a driver? What does that have to do with the restaurant or its employees? If this is part of their company culture, it says a lot about the owner and the staff. The same way they don't want drivers to be tipped is the same way they shouldn't expect people to support their business. read more

We have lived here for a while. Our first time finally having an opportunity to try this place out. I ordered 2 scoops of Cookies & Dream ice cream on a cone. It was really good. Almost $8. Not a bad price. Enough for my husband and I to share. The employee at the counter was very nice. She gave me a small ice cream bowl full of water for my dog. Friday 9/13/2024 Was in the mood for some ice cream in the area and yelp led me here. Luckily for me, it was close by as I was in the krate area. The customer service was a standout as the worker was very nice and friendly. I sampled creamy vanilla bean, chocolate fudge brownie, and cookies & dream. The flavors were all decent but I ended up settling on a large cup of 2x cookies & dream and 1x chocolate fudge brownie for $7.75. Cute ice cream shop in the Grove that has creative ice cream flavors. I love that I can order a flight of four flavors and enjoy more than one. Their alcohol infused ice creams are delicious as well. My personal favorites are the flavors infused with alcohol such as Rum Haven: vanilla ice cream infused with coconut rum and a swirl of caramel and Salted Caramel Latte: vanilla base with coffee and rum then swirl in layers of salted caramel and mix in Heath pieces. Okay, the girl working behind the counter on Saturday June 3 at around 2:30 was amazing. She was personable, friendly and so happy to be there. She greeted my son and I immediately and let us know we could try anything we wanted. Everything we tried was amazing. We decided on a black raspberry and strawberry shortcake cup and a brownie coffee swirl. All of the ice creams were amazing. The ice cream is not overly sweet and doesn't melt immediately when you walk out into the Florida sun. It was the perfect ice cream. I can't wait to come back over and over again. Second time at this location. I was a regular at the first location in Lutz, and this one is a lot closer to home for me. I'm always served with a happy smile. I usually get the rum haven with toasted coconut. This time I got the cookie butter with salted caramel and toasted coconut. So so good!! I'm so happy to have a local favorite ice cream shop. I finally made it out to Ice Dreammm shop's second location at the Grove in Wesley Chapel. It features the same small batch ice cream, the same experimentation, the same incredible variety as the original, just on a slightly larger scale. Larger you say? Yes, larger. That means more of the good stuff. While the original location is usually rotating three flavors of vegan ice cream, this location is doing six at a time. During our visit they had their two mainstays, Don't Have a Cow Coconut and their Double Chocolate. They also had the vegan version of their most popular flavor Cookies and Dream. This has been a pretty regular flavor as well. For me, I like the deep cuts. The stuff that really embraces Joe's (the owner) experimentation. That meant it was the Vegan Cookie Butter made with almond milk for me. The Cookie Butter was creamy and sweet with chunks of cookie in it. The almond flavor was non existent. Had I not talked to Joe before ordering it, I would've had no idea what the base was. I also wouldn't have realized it was vegan. Ice Dreammm is locally owned and has made a name for itself because its ice cream is creamy, sweet and full of adventure. They have boozy flavors and vegan flavors, gluten free options and traditional ones. The new location does all these things but on a slightly larger scale than the original. That makes me a fan! read more

We have been to the same ice cream shop at the lutz area. They are expanding to Wesley Chapel grove area. The flavor is divided to three different categories. The traditional ice cream, over 21 alcohol ice cream and the vegan ice cream. We got the Rum Haven and the PB Fudge. The rum haven have some kick at the beginning but the PB fudge finished it off. Because the PB fudge has whiskey in it. Both flavor are excellent. Definitely is must go place to visit. The clerk are friendly. The hour may be adjusted depending on the customer visit. read more

If you haven't been to Ice Dreammmm yet, what are you waiting for?! My husband and I LOVE this place and we love taking family and friends. This is I believe their second location and it opened recently and 5 minutes from home and I'm SO glad they are closer now. No more chain ice cream for me. I get to support a small business as I enjoy REALLY good ice cream. The customer service is always 10/10. To top it off, they make their own fresh cookies and waffle cones. With a sprinkle of salt on the chocolate chip cookies, how can one resist? Don't forget they have adult ice cream too! My favorite is the PB fudge which is Infused with peanut butter whiskey, YUM. Ice Dreammm is a once a week treat for us now. I'd go more often but I gotta fit in my wedding dress soon. LOL read more

Best decision ever. Literally, every flavor is so good. Depending on the size that you choose you can pick multiple flavors. My husband and I went here for the first time today with our 2 year old. My son's been wanting to go to an ice cream shop for some time and I'm glad this was his first one. The owner kindly greeted us as soon as we walked in and the staff was also very friendly. The place was clean and roomy, which I much appreciated as a new mother recovering from ocd/germophobia. ;) I haven't been out for ice cream in a while, but [holy cow] it was delicious! My brownie coffee swirl was fantastic and I even helped my son out with his strawberry shortcake waffle bowl lol. The strawberry tasted so fresh and REAL...not like a strawberry "flavored" ice cream if that makes sense. Hubby got a regular coffee waffle bowl and mentioned liking how crisp it was. I'll say this for the record... I'm on a diet, and for once I was very satisfied with my cheat meal. That doesn't happen often. Seeing a previous negative review was surprising to me - as our experience was a night and day POSITIVE difference. That tells me the owner truly cares about his business and is not only committed to putting out quality product, but also to making sure each customer's visit is a good one. He was even personally training a new staff member when we were there. I appreciate that kind of involvement. In the future, I will gladly pass up the several ice cream places by my house and make the trip out to this one. Thanks for a great first ice cream experience for our little one... So we frequent the Lutz store (the original) and that place is great. Small, but quaint and excellent customer service!!!! However, this new one...... needs some work. So as an experiment, today we went to both, back to back- mainly because I wanted a specific flavor that the small store didn't have so I thought maybe the other one would. Regardless, we ordered ice cream at both stores. These stores are night and day. The gentleman working at the small store...AMAZING. Steady flow of customers and he kept up and interacting with everyone!!!!! The store was clean including floor and tables. Now, drive down the road and go to Wesley chapel. Three girls working. No customers in the store except me and my family. Every single table and seat in the place was dirty with ice cream dripped on them. Dirty spoons left on one and crumbs from toppings. The floor was disgusting. Waffle cone/ sticky old ice cream etc.... The bathroom was disgusting. All the while, the 3 girls working are just sitting behind the counter talking to each other. No customer interaction at all. I had to ask if a table could be wiped off in order to be able to sit with my kids. It was clear these employees could careless how the environment they work in appears and honestly I'm only writing this so that the owner is aware of how this awesome ice cream shop is being cared for when they're not there. Overall, the ice cream is the same, but the cones at Wesley chapel are extremely thin compared to the Lutz store and chip away easily. They also serve a smaller size kids cup at this location vs Lutz store and I know this because my 2 year old was still eating hers when we got to that store and then I purchased a kid cup for my son and there was definitely a difference. To the owners..... fix it. You deserve better employees working for you!!!!! I think this place could be great, but it needs work. In the meantime, go to the smaller shop! read more
