You can only see the sign that says, "Gone Fishin' ", when you get RIGHT UP to the counter, and there's no light that tells you if they're open or not, and which side you should come to. So when I got up there, THEN she said, "I'll getcha over here!" as she NOW moves to the other side of the checkout corral thing. So I take my cart all the way around to her, and she acts like nothing stupid just happened at all, like it's just fine for her to inconvenience customers like that. Such a jerk, no niceness, just arrogant. This business feels like a family-run business, and in a bad way, where the workers feel like they just live at the store, and are kings and queens there, and think that they're so smart, and that most of the customers are all morons, or just crazy. Ungracious attitudes in several of the workers. They either need to find something to do, or stop staring at the customers, making them feel unwelcome.

We let them know that the front door has posted signs saying that it is expected that all customers wear masks for the safety of employees and fellow customers. Her response was corporate has instructed them not intervene or push the issue as they don't want to lose customers. I spent hundreds of dollars in that single visit so what if I chose to leave due to people not wearing masks? It seems like a double edged policy. By not choosing one side, you may alienate the other. Beyond this cash grab policy, it is against Oregon law. Also, that sign says "we care about our customers" but they obviously don't care as much as whoever may bring the next sale. Everyone offers specific times where the more vulnerable can shop so I don't know why they choose not to enforce the law. They have people at the front of every store but not one thing was said to the people who chose to enter without a mask. I hope they fix this very strange policy to have in the times of COVID as I would like to come back to shopping here. Their deals are good but not enough to risk mine or my families life.
