I even bought their membership because I was told I could return my tent for any reason and even no reason whatsoever and get my $ back. The grommets ripped out of my tent and all of the stakes bent so easily when the wind picked up. All of my coworkers who bought their tents at walmart returned their tents and got brand new ones.I paid three times as much for my tent and was told all these promises.And when I went to return it, they said, no, you're effed.
