And I had been recommended this place through an old friend who grew up in Otis his whole life and his parents used to go here and so did he. I didn't get enough time to walk around and really do enough but I do plan to come back and check out some of the guns My family and I are old NRA Members and I've gotten a little rusty on my guns lately. My father was actually a gun designer. And I need to really come in here and probably purchase one or two more guns. I'm really happy to live in a state that has open carry laws and isn't squeamish like where I am from in California. However we are the old Californians, we are conservative so we are really happy to find this gun store and all around outdoors store. I was also lucky when I was in here to get a business card for a guy who does gun handling classes and preparation for intruders and how to prepare if something like that is going to occur in your home as well as handgun safety. I want to call them soon I'm very excited that I got their card from this store. But I do need to come back and check out the merchandise more in the meantime I just wanted to give a really good review and say that everybody in there was really friendly including the guy who is supposed to be my neighbor and only good things to say.

They went out of their way to get me the right shoe when I got a pair that I just didn't like after enjoying them initially. Can't recommend them enough. Especially as someone pretty limited in their knowledge of running, I appreciate there's no attitude or snobbery here at all, just friendly people standing behind their product. Like most sporting stores, they were out of a lot of commonly needed commodities like ammunition. We walked out empty handed. The staff is friendly enough and there were a goodly amount of employees so that if you needed help it wasn't difficult to flag someone down. Our interest is guns but they also carry a lot of fishing/crabbing related equipment so if that's your thing they likely have what you're looking for. There are very few sporting stores out this way so this place is probably about the best you are going to find within a few hours driving distance radius.

The staff at this one certainly makes a difference. Anytime there is a question or a missing inventory or just assistance needed these people really come ready to help and serve the customers. The parking lot is always well cleaned and maintained. There is always a special to be found. Lots of good seasonal items throughout the store. They do all the give aways and coupon deals at the other stores. There won't be anything different from any other Bi Mart locations. This one is separated by the service. The service provided by the staff and employees here stands out from someone who works in retail and is faced with the public on a regular basis. Its not for the weak at heart. There can be a hundred atta boys and only one irate customer wipes all that out.
