Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Other stores could take customer service lessons from the nice folks at Cycle Gear!

(TL;DR version at end)…read more I had heard of EDR long before my first visit. The buzz amongst my peers was that EDR is so good at what they do, that it is widely considered to be the only place to take your bike when you want precision Dyno services or when you want it to run like an absolute pro bike. I planned an elaborate exhaust mod on my 2014 KTM 690 Duke for a long time as I saved money and bought parts. I emailed a number of questions along the way and was met with absolute professionalism, solid knowledge and nothing short of phenomenal customer service! So, I threw a somewhat unorthodox bike at them and a TON of parts, at the height of the summer riding season, and with record turn-around time and very fair prices, they turned my (already a wheelie machine) bike into an absolute monster!!! I had high expectations and they far exceeded every single one of them. Hiring EDR to work on your bike is like having the opportunity to hire Michelangelo to help you paint your house. I now carry around their business card, to give to any motorcyclist looking for a world-class moto shop. I don't care if you're a surgeon on a high-end, fully-loaded Panagale or a blue collar Joe (Jane) on an 8 year old, one-owner, used 600-something or another, this shop offers fair and competitive rates and they are absolutely motorcycle masters! Even when my aftermarket parts created unforeseen fitment issues, the team kept me well-informed of my options and rose to the task with a sincere attitude of "this is your baby, I understand that, and I want you to be happy as you can possibly be when you get it back." From my perspective, the whole exchange felt more like friends doing me a huge solid, than a mere business transaction. Every part of the EDR team that I've interacted with are skilled, ethical, friendly and professional. I just can't say enough good about EDR to fully convey how grateful I am to have found them, and to have entrusted them with my baby Duke. "Baby" is not a term that will ever be associated with my bike again! Special shout-out to Anton--that guy is a superstar! I neglected to post this review for the whole summer riding season simply because I'm busy and forgetful, but I'm posting it now because Anton and the team at EDR are just simply not people that you want to forget to "pay it forward." They deserve 10 stars!!! I'm sure every review will confirm the same thing. TL;DR Version: Trust your bike with EDR. They're prices are totally fair and you get techs with rocket surgery-level precision and sales reps that redefine what knowledge and authentic customer service means.

EDR is the best. I was headed out for a long ride the other day and my chain on my Scrambler wasn't…read morefeeling right and they squeezed me in to fix it. They are so busy over there and but still create time to make sure my bike is in safe working order.

My key made by general motors broke in half this past week…read more I took my key out of my ignition just like any other day, pushed down my manual locks ,and put my keys in my purse. Upon returning to my car I was stunned to see half of my key missing. The ignition ate my key. I was stranded for 5 hours that day. Missed work, and was on the phone for 3 hours with GM customer service to convince them I desperately needed their support with a tow truck. Its now been almost 6 days with me not having my car. Customer service is horrible. I was told 4 days ago a district specialist would help me with my case and contact me yesterday. He did not contact me. Today I called again and he was still not able to contact me to provide further assistance. GM customer service transferred me to another district specialist - Out of my district that did not have enough resources to help me. She said their was nothing GM could do for me because: 1. This was the first time this incident ever occurred ( Apparently my key needs to break several more times for GM to consider it serious) 2. My car is out of warranty ( Its not my car its a key) 3. Out of bumper to bumper coverage ( Which includes things such as doors and windows but not keys) 4. There has been no recalls on keys ( Yet the Secretary at the Chevy dealership said this wasn't the first time she's heard of keys breaking) 5. There are no special coverages for my case ( I would say that a key breaking in half with no effort is a pretty special circumstance) I asked the GM District specialist to empathize with me. She replied: " The conditions I've listed put you out of any assistance that GM will cover" " When something is broken you fix it just like regular maintenance" = Keys breaking are just a part of regular maintenance that GM customers should be prepared for. At least the keys that I buy from the local Fred Meyer/ Locksmith have never broken and only cost about $15.00 General Motors is not claiming any fault or defect with my key breaking.
