Ok, crap I get that. Hope everyone's ok! Things happen, but there was no "I will get back to you at a later date or I'm not going to do this anymore". Nothing...just a weird experience. :(

Missed 6 side diamonds on the ring. When questioned about the extremely low appraisal that is suppose to be "Retail replacement cost" he told us that oh don't worry about it, it's only for premium. He informed us that insurance would just replace the ring and not write us a check, also informed us Jewelry stores always inflate their prices. Talked with our insurance company, we are taking out a policy just for the ring and insurance informed us that all they would do is cut a check and not replace the ring. We were informed to get another appraisal by someone different by insurance. Do not waste your money with this company.

Even though I wasn't buying anything, the proprietor was very kind and helpful. She told me about an urgent care in a neighboring town where I could get some help. She was a godsend. Also, the crystals and other items that she was selling were very beautiful and I wish that I had had the time to purchase some. Sage Crystals is a beautiful store. It's very large, much larger than most crystal shops for the merchandise on display, but that makes it a pleasure to shop. You're not elbow to elbow with others looking (rocks and crystals are tiny, so elbow to elbow isn't necessarily hyperbole for a place like this) or looking in dusty cups, because it's gleaming. I was greeted upon entry and the person who welcomed me let me know the store is organized by intention. You are asked to use hand sanitizer if you plan to touch any of the stones. I picked up a couple pairs of earrings here, one of which is an adorable set of bats made of smokey quartz. I also selected a bracelet made of small iolite stones, which is my favorite gem. It's a shop worth stopping in if you like this sort of thing are looking for a unique gift.

There are so many stones in all shapes, sizes, and price ranges. They've got jewelry and books and we can't forget the fossils! I really enjoyed my time shopping around until I needed help. The lady with the red hair helped me and I don't know if she was just having a bad day or what but she wasn't very friendly and her energy was off.
