Uneven bottom, incorrect color sheer (Which we told the day it arrived) and a noisy track. We were also shorted the screws to put in the track. They told us to go buy our own... It appears this is a husband and wife team who work out of their home (which seems to be a nice home). They are only concerned about getting your money on the front end. Once they have it, there is no customer service and you are put aside... If you buy don't expect any back end service. Their testimonials all seem to be fabricated because you cannot post your testimonials on line (odd???). Why no negative testimonials. I will be posting this real testimonial to google/yelp and contacting the better business bureau. I have attached pics of the sheer and sample, the pic of the uneven sheer and some info from their website. I only want what we ordered. Nothing more and nothing less. We should not have to pay extra for their error. I understand a dye lot issue but gray and purple is a big difference. It looks like these sheers had been faded by the sun for a long time. I had immediately notified rooms of our problems the day the materials arrived. It is a week later and no resolution. I have been in a very uncomfortable dialogue with Mary where she even cussed and used gods name in vain.... We are sorry we bought from this company. They painted this fake persona of a warehouse, factory professionalism. The pics of the items look like they are all done in CHINA. NOT even from their home.
