Echo's approach to wedding planning is methodical and well-organized. For instance, she created a dedicated folder where she would post/remove deliverables incrementally as we went through the process. That way, we did not feel overwhelmed since she already broke down the steps into smaller, manageable pieces. Or, another great example is organizing our email communications by different work streams so that we could easily refer to conversations by topic, and not lose track of items when discussing multiple vendors at once. Echo was always quick to reply on every communication platform. We trusted Echo not only for her planning skills, but also for her local knowledge of vendors. We followed her recommendations under the assumption that she would put together an excellent team to execute our vision. The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. This venue was also pretty particular in set-up and break-down protocols which to me sounded overwhelming, but if there was ever a problem, I had no idea, because to me everything was as seamless as if Lindsey had been working there for years. Leah was AMAZING in helping us reschedule and even contacted all of our vendors for us. When the wedding day finally came (3 years after booking with her!) we were so thankful that we had chosen Leah. She was pretty much singlehandedly responsible for making the day perfect. Her floral arrangements were gorgeous, the table settings and centerpieces looked super classy, and there really was no detail that she had missed. On top of all this, it turns out that our dessert caterer was a no-show, but Leah handled the situation so well (and even managed to find a last-minute replacement dessert) that we had no idea until she told us the next day.
