Her experience showed in setting up a birthday event outside, a memorial in a small space and managing a non-profit's gala. All different type of events and all managed incredibly. Her communication was clear and she was available to us for questions. She was hired to coordinate my sisters wedding. As the bride's sister, I arrived at the venue early, and thank goodness I did. Much of the décor had not been set up according to the bride's clearly communicated wishes. Instead of spending those special moments enjoying the morning with my sister before her wedding, I found myself moving heavy décor and rearranging the setup in my bridesmaid dress on a hot day just to make the venue look the way the bride had envisioned. Throughout the day, she was consistently unprofessional, rude, impatient, inconsiderate, and dismissive. She was disrespectful to the bridal party, spoke rudely to our mother despite knowing she has health issues, and had negative interactions with our family and guests. Several guests commented on how unpleasant their encounters with her were, and many didn't even realize she was the wedding coordinator because of how unprofessional she conducted herself. What was especially shocking was that she openly criticized aspects of the wedding instead of focusing on making the day run smoothly. A wedding coordinator's job is to reduce stress, solve problems, and support the couple. Instead, she created unnecessary stress on what should have been one of the happiest days of my sister's life. I also work day-of assisting for wedding coordinators, so I understand the expectations of this role. Every wedding has unexpected challenges, but professionalism, communication, and customer service should never be optional. Unfortunately, this experience fell far below even the most basic standards. I would strongly caution any couple considering hiring this coordinator. Your wedding day is too important to entrust to someone who is disrespectful, disorganized, and unwilling to treat clients, vendors, and guests with professionalism.

From day one, Lindsey was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we envisioned. Whenever I had a question, she always had thoughtful advice and recommendations. What I appreciated most was that she never pushed her opinions--instead, she shared her expertise while empowering us to make the decisions that felt right for us. She made the entire process feel personal and true to who we are as a couple. As someone who is extremely Type A, I expected to be stressed leading up to the wedding, but I honestly felt none. Lindsey was so organized, responsive, and dependable that I had complete confidence in her and her team. That trust paid off--our wedding day was absolutely perfect and ran seamlessly (or at least any issues were handled so flawlessly that we never knew about them!). She coordinated every detail with our vendors, allowing us and our families to be fully present and enjoy every moment. One of the reasons we chose Lindsey was her flexible planning approach. I loved that we could take ownership of the initial planning and vendor outreach while still having unlimited access to her guidance whenever we needed it. That level of support is rare, and her recommendations for vendors, from our DJ and rentals to our florist and cake, helped us build an incredible team that truly brought our vision to life. One of the most impactful moments during planning came at our 90-day meeting when Lindsey encouraged us to reconsider our decision not to do a first look. She thoughtfully explained that, based on our priorities, being present with each other, having time to ourselves, and valuing photography, it would enhance our day rather than take away from it. We trusted her advice, and looking back, it was one of the best decisions we made. She even built in a few private moments after the ceremony for us to soak in being newly married and enjoy some of our cocktail hour together, and those memories are among our favorites from the entire day. I'll genuinely miss my weekly (and sometimes daily!) emails with Lindsey. Working with her was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're considering hiring a wedding planner, do yourself a favor and book Lindsey, you'll be so glad you did.

From the beginning she made it clear what the timeline would look like for our partnership - what would be needed and when. When I became a little overwhelmed half-way through planning, Tyler was able to pick up additional scope of work which was a huge relief at the time. She also saved me a huge headache by picking up and dropping off some of my rental items since the minimum order spend for delivery was more than double my rental quote (my wedding was in a pretty remote area so most companies charged a high fee for delivery). Tyler was very thoughtful and organized about the little details I didn't think of which showcases her high degree of experience and attention to detail. She wasn't afraid to push on things on behalf of myself and my husband with our wedding venue - which I really appreciated! We had great communication throughout the wedding planning process - centralizing information in a shared Google doc. Tyler was willing to review my own personal wedding planning documents as well. She was always quick to respond to emails or texts, and also let me know in advance if she was going to be delayed in responding. On the day-of, Tyler had a great demeanor - when I saw her I could tell she was getting down to business but she made sure to keep things calm and light with me - making sure I felt comfy and relaxed on my wedding day. She kept things moving in the wedding day so we kept pace with the timeline. She made sure to account for all the logistical things like where to store decor items before and after the event. She was fantastic at corralling all the wedding vendors, collecting all the documents and information and knew when to keep me in/out of the loop at all times. Overall I would highly suggest working with Tyler for her high degree of experience, organization, thoughtfulness, and overall pleasant demeanor.
