Cammie was an invaluable asset to our mainly DIY wedding in June 2019. We needed a day-of coordinator to focus on the details so that we could enjoy the wedding we had spent a year planning. Cammie met with us ahead of time to do a site visit and took detailed notes on our vision. My daughter (the bride) and I had a very disappointing experience with Cammie. Most importantly, she was not forthcoming with important information that resulted in our having to cancel our contract. She refused to return any of our deposit even though she failed to disclose this information and had provided very limited services. Additionally, we did not find her to be very helpful. Despite her assurances to the contrary, she was not familiar with vendors in Marin County where the wedding is to be held. Her ideas to "save money" ended up being nonproductive and wasting our time (i.e., arranging our own rentals rather than going through the caterer). The new wedding planner we hired has been SO much more helpful in just the few weeks we have worked with her. read more

Cammie was an absolute godsend as our wedding planner. She is the height of professionalism and she literally thinks of everything, even the stuff I didn't even know I was supposed to be considering and not only that but she has a contingency plan for everything too. She took our ideas and elevated them to make them "fancy" while still maintaining our silly approach. We interviewed many people prior to deciding to work with her, but after we got off the phone, my fiancé and I knew that she was the right one for us! At our first "planning" meeting, she really helped narrow down what were the things that were most important in planning the event. It seems like it should be obvious that we should prioritize those things in the budget, but it's so easy to forget that! We were planning a "private estate" wedding, while we live 2 time zones away, at a place that had never been set up for events before. We love Cammie! We found her via a recommendation from our venue (the Secret Gardens in Bodega Bay) and immediately wanted to work with her. We submitted an inquiry and she responded very promptly. We were looking for help for the day of our wedding (vs. a full-service wedding planner). The best part of her email was that she said "day-of really is a terrible name, because there is really no such thing as day-of coordination without some good planning and coordination ahead of time" -- we knew she would be investing the time, energy and resources to help us as best as she could leading up to our special day.
