Over…read morenearly two years of planning, her expertise, organization, and industry connections were absolutely invaluable. From day one, Lindsey was knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we envisioned. Whenever I had a question, she always had thoughtful advice and recommendations. What I appreciated most was that she never pushed her opinions--instead, she shared her expertise while empowering us to make the decisions that felt right for us. She made the entire process feel personal and true to who we are as a couple. As someone who is extremely Type A, I expected to be stressed leading up to the wedding, but I honestly felt none. Lindsey was so organized, responsive, and dependable that I had complete confidence in her and her team. That trust paid off--our wedding day was absolutely perfect and ran seamlessly (or at least any issues were handled so flawlessly that we never knew about them!). She coordinated every detail with our vendors, allowing us and our families to be fully present and enjoy every moment. One of the reasons we chose Lindsey was her flexible planning approach. I loved that we could take ownership of the initial planning and vendor outreach while still having unlimited access to her guidance whenever we needed it. That level of support is rare, and her recommendations for vendors, from our DJ and rentals to our florist and cake, helped us build an incredible team that truly brought our vision to life. One of the most impactful moments during planning came at our 90-day meeting when Lindsey encouraged us to reconsider our decision not to do a first look. She thoughtfully explained that, based on our priorities, being present with each other, having time to ourselves, and valuing photography, it would enhance our day rather than take away from it. We trusted her advice, and looking back, it was one of the best decisions we made. She even built in a few private moments after the ceremony for us to soak in being newly married and enjoy some of our cocktail hour together, and those memories are among our favorites from the entire day. I'll genuinely miss my weekly (and sometimes daily!) emails with Lindsey. Working with her was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you're considering hiring a wedding planner, do yourself a favor and book Lindsey, you'll be so glad you did.

We had the absolute most amazing experience with her throughout every step in our two-year wedding planning journey. From the very beginning, she was fantastic in every regard and was the main reason why our wedding last August at Carneros Resort in Napa everything we dreamed it would be. She was incredibly organized, thoughtful, positive, reliable, responsive, and attentive to every detail throughout the entire planning process. She somehow managed to make what could have been an overwhelming process feel seamless and enjoyable. No question was ever too small, and we always felt like we were in the best possible hands. She listened to our vision, understood our style, and brought everything together in a way that felt so uniquely us. On the wedding weekend itself, she was truly invaluable. Everything ran flawlessly, and she handled every detail behind the scenes so that we could be completely present and enjoy every moment with our family and friends. We never once had to worry about logistics, timing, vendors, or anything going wrong -- she had everything under control. Her professionalism, calm demeanor, attention to detail, and ability to anticipate what needed to happen before it even happened were incredible. Our wedding at Carneros Resort was truly a dream come true, and we know that would not have been possible without her. She went above and beyond in every way, and we feel so lucky that we had her by our side throughout the entire process. If you are looking for a wedding planner, we could not recommend her more highly. She is exceptionally talented at what she does, but beyond that, she is genuinely a wonderful person to work with and a lovely human being. From…read morethe initial phone call, I got the impression that she was organized, professional and honest, which was true throughout the planning process. Me and my husband got the middle-tier package, which did not include budget and vendor payments (note: this package excludes reminders to pay vendors as well). Echo's approach to wedding planning is methodical and well-organized. For instance, she created a dedicated folder where she would post/remove deliverables incrementally as we went through the process. That way, we did not feel overwhelmed since she already broke down the steps into smaller, manageable pieces. Or, another great example is organizing our email communications by different work streams so that we could easily refer to conversations by topic, and not lose track of items when discussing multiple vendors at once. Echo was always quick to reply on every communication platform. We trusted Echo not only for her planning skills, but also for her local knowledge of vendors. We followed her recommendations under the assumption that she would put together an excellent team to execute our vision. On the day of the wedding, they all worked together like a well-oiled machine. They say that something always goes wrong on your actual wedding day, but ours was had little/no stress. I know that there is a lot of background work for that to occur -- so thank you Echo!

The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. If anything came up or if I had any questions, they were there and ready to help where needed. My wedding wouldn't have gone as well as it did without them, I promise. I feel so grateful to have had the best team out there!! We also decided to hire the CLE House cleanup crew which was fantastic as well! Janet did a great job and cleaning/tidying up fast and making sure we got back all of our stuff. Thank you so much for being the reason why my wedding day went so perfectly CLE House!!!

We were looking for a "day of" coordinator to help us out and stumbled across MK Events and we are VERY happy we did! First off, I put in interest cards with a couple of coordinators and MK got back to me within minutes! Some of the other ones, I didn't hear back from for a couple days. As soon as I talked to Kayla, I knew that my wife was gonna love her and we set up a meeting at the venue. Our "day of coordinator" was meeting with us MONTHS before the wedding and was personable, professional and was able to walk us through any questions of concerns we had. After we locked MK Events down, our workload got much lighter and we had someone to call and get a quick and accurate response. This is a big deal for anyone planning a wedding because you really want to check things off and not have to circle back on list items. Kayla amd Vanessa allowed us to do that. Kayla has great connections all over on the industry and uses her creativity to work with your budget. For example, my wife wanted a eucalyptus garland and when we saw the price, we thought we would have to do without it but Kayla worked her magic and made my wife's dream come true! We now consider Kayla and Vanessa family. The wedding was amazing and we are so thankful that MK Events was a part of it. Go with MK Events! You won't be disappointed. We started with a fun day of venue scouting up and down Napa and Sonoma, based on some recommendations she had sent over from our estimated budget, wedding size, and theme. We asked Lindsey to come on as a Day of Coordinator, but she was helpful even before our three month planning period began. We ended up throwing Lindsey a curveball, by requesting her to help us at a venue in Lake Tahoe, with a venue and vendors she wasn't already familiar with. You never would have guessed this was the case because everything went off without a hitch. This venue was also pretty particular in set-up and break-down protocols which to me sounded overwhelming, but if there was ever a problem, I had no idea, because to me everything was as seamless as if Lindsey had been working there for years. Throughout the whole process, Lindsey was very supportive of our ideas and even did some major work to help us DIY a few elements of our wedding to cut costs down. She was great at helping us keep our budget in mind, and was honest about items that could be cost saving and people wouldn't know were missing verse items that would really add to the experience and our day. They told us it was Leah Bertoli and they had nothing but great things to say about her. We contacted Leah shortly after and began planning our wedding with her. Leah was AMAZING in helping us reschedule and even contacted all of our vendors for us. When the wedding day finally came (3 years after booking with her!) we were so thankful that we had chosen Leah. She was pretty much singlehandedly responsible for making the day perfect. Her floral arrangements were gorgeous, the table settings and centerpieces looked super classy, and there really was no detail that she had missed. On top of all this, it turns out that our dessert caterer was a no-show, but Leah handled the situation so well (and even managed to find a last-minute replacement dessert) that we had no idea until she told us the next day.
