The green beans and carrots were the best part of the meal. Both had tons of flavor. Overall, our visit was good and I'll go back and try other dishes, but didn't care for the stuffed shells much. It's a neighborhood place and just down the street, so will be in our rotation going forward. Also, it didn't have much of an Amish vibe in my opinion. I also felt like it was cooked too hot. The crust was borderline over cooked but the inside was done. That's just my opinion. They served the chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy on the side. Both just warm and as my meal progressed the gravy was straight up cold. But I was finished so I powered through. To be fair, the fried chicken was the least expensive entree on the menu. They also have a couple gluten free muffin options as well. I got a plain with strawberry cream cheese. Obviously not as good as a regular bagel (don't necessarily expect it to be), but the fact that they even had it as an option is great in my opinion. I think next time I won't get it toasted, as I think that may have dried it out a little bit. They also have breakfast bagels sandwiches that you can have on a gluten free bagel.
