We only stopped there because Clancy's nearby was closed (Sunday). The parking lot was empty and so was the inside. We took a seat in the most awkward table set-up. There is a large corner booth, but they have so many extra (unused) tables and chairs, that you simply could not get in and out without a struggle. We gave it a try and our entire group gave it a lackluster D- for the overall pizza quality. Awesome pizza and great customer service! I had a problem with the pizza arriving cold but it was so good that it didn't stop me from ordering. I called one time and talked to the manager and she was incredible. She said she told the drivers to double bag the pizza if going outside of Belle Plaine. Ordered a pizza last night and it was the best ever, hot and delicious! It's nice to know that people listen and I'm so happy that Mizzy's delivers to my house. I advise caution if you eat here. My family and I stayed in Belle Plaine, MN due to bad winter roads and ordered delivery from this establishment. We ordered three different styles of pizza and chicken wings. We all became very sick the following day with one of our family members being on day 4 of being sick and having to go to the hospital. Absolutely done with this place!! I gave them a 3rd chance tonight. Same crappy service. I ordered a medium taco pizza that comes with lettuce, tomato sour cream and chips on the side for toppings. All for $26 with delivery and 18% tip. And he hands me the pizza with no toppings. I asked so is everything in the box. He says "oh i will be right back" after 15 mins I was allowed to eat my cold pizza. Never again. There are a few places to get better pizza and service in this town. I would rather pick up my pizza from Johans. Atleast I never get crappy service. The 1st and 2nd times were over the last 5 years. The 1st time it was the wrong order delivered and the second was wrong toppings then took a hour an a half to fix it. With no discount. I hate this place. read more

We are a family of 5 with 3 boys. Pizza plus has some really great pizza! It surpasses the chain pizza places if you are looking for fresh ingredients. Even tho it may be a little more expensive, it's worth it to support the smaller businesses and you get what you pay for with food. read more

Possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. Soggy crust, way too much flavorless sauce. Only positive was the amount of toppings, but given their quality, calling it a plus is a stretch. I was in town for a business meeting the week of August 12th, 2019 and was recommended Pizza Plus for a lunch delivery. When I called someone picked up and informed me they were not open for lunch that day. She asked me a few questions and then said she would call me back in about 5 minutes. Well in that 5 minutes she called her dad and he agreed to come in early and make our order even though they were not open during that time of the day. Gave this place a chance a few times. They used to be good. Not anymore. If you order late, it's pretty obvious they get lazy with your order. The so called "Italian fries" are a joke. Apparently, you have to know to ASK for hand tossed dough, otherwise you get a flour tortilla with cheese on it cut into rectangles. There's no option for hand tossed fries online. When I called to ask why I received an open faced quesadilla instead of Italian fries, there was no offer to make it right, she told me it's my fault for not asking for hand tossed, even though I ordered online, again where there's no option to order "hand tossed Italian fries". What a joke. Furthermore, if they forget something you payed for, and they don't have another order in your area again, you're out of luck. The lady on the phone didn't apologize, she only offered a refund since there was no orders in my area. Terrible customer service. Will not order from here again. Will no longer recommend. Sweetlander is very popular for meat eaters. I had their mushroom pizza and it was very tasty.

Just paid 30.00 for a 16 inch pizza that took 72 minutes to deliver...cold. They also forgot to bring our wings. They have good pizza but I can't remember the last time they didn't screw it up, deliver it cold, late and offer really poor customer service. Not sure if I will ever order again. We really have enjoyed our experiences for dine-in eating at Pizza Plus, pick up and delivery have both been frustrating. We've noticed their customer service has REALLY gone downhill in the past year. Recently, each of the times that we ordered delivery our pizza crust has been delivered to us burnt. The coupons on the website for "online orders" seem to get screwed up, don't bother with the coupons, they don't know what you're talking about when you attempt to use them. read more

Very disappointed they have very slow service with pick-up, delivery, or dine in, the have horrible service, and they have screwed up orders numerous times and given us cold food and dips. They use to be so good so friendly and fast but have really gone down hill, very disappointing since there isn't many options for restaurants in belle plaine. read more
