In 2024, Boar's Head recalled over 7 million pounds of meat due to possible Listeria contamination and USDA (FSIS) inspection reports and enforcement actions have described insanitary conditions and recurrent non‑compliance findings at certain Boar's Head facilities over multiple years. Based on this documented history, I am not confident that Boar's Head has adequately addressed its systemic food safety problems, and I personally will not purchase their products going forward. It is disappointing and surprising to see Fresh Thyme Market prominently supporting a brand with this type of public safety record. I respectfully urge you to reconsider selling Boar's Head products.
