The water was cold she kept asking for warmer water and no change . She also noticed that they didn't exfoliate or scrub her feet or ask what kind of mani pedi she wanted. She said she liked it so much she might switch to LaNoir, and honestly, I think my wife and I will be doing the same. I believe the owner did my nails as in between processes. She checked on other technicians work. I asked not to have my cuticles cut which she honored. Removed my old polish filed my nails and repolished. No massage no lotion 15 minutes and I was done, except there was one nail that had unpolished spot so she put another dot on it. Within two days, I had many chips in the very thick layer of polish. I went to K Nails in Maple Grove and got a polish change, which was much better and has lasted perfectly for a week since I had it done. Nuff said! As of today, 11 days later, my are still unchipped and look great!

My nail technician was really sweet but I paid extra for a manicure that included a massage and scrub and she forgot to do it so she did it at the end but it felt rushed. I also showed an inspiration pic unsure of what they could do with the dazzle dry and she tried to copy it and did a decent job but the manicure took over an hour and I had somewhere to be so I was getting a little stressed! For the price I probably wouldn't return but for anyone with an allergy the facility was nice and clean and it is a good alternative!

My nail tech didn't clean up my cuticle area, I still have hangnail and my nails look grown out because it was painted far away from my cuticle. On my one finger the gap between cuticle and where the nail polish started was so far I actually had to go back the next day to get that one nail fixed. Thank you for that. However --The other part of customer service was bad, I was told when they could fit me in on their schedule to fix their mistake as apposed to them accommodating my schedule when I could come, customer service 101- if it was your mistake you should ask the customer what's best time for them to come in work with their schedule not the other way around.
