We were referred to CWF by A#1 Air. Project Manager Oscar showed up to assess the damage later that same day (Wednesday, Jan 17th)and walked us through the process. During his time here, we contacted our insurance company to file a claim which was initiated within 20 minutes with a representative over the phone. Since Oscar was present, it facilitated communication. Oscar gave us a two-hour window between 8am and 10am and said that we should expect to receive a call from dispatch informing us that they are on their way. He also took a series of pictures before he left so that he could inform the crew of the events that transpired. On Saturday, January 20th, the mitigation crew removed a portion of the engineered flooring that was affected and promptly placed industrial fans on and around it. They informed us that they would be back to pick up the equipment (in 4 days) after the area has completely dried and answered any questions we had. Kris, Sheldon, Gabriel, and Oscar were professional and knowledgeable - explaining everything about the process and I appreciate the time and patience they took on a Saturday morning to help us. Colton refused to finish the work and then threatened to place a lien on my house if I didn't pay in full. I had to hire a different contractor to complete the job.
