It was more like scrambled eggs with everything but the cheese mixed in, cooked up and then folded over. The shredded cheese was then melted on top. Different way to make it, but still pretty tasty. The hash browns were crispy and the sourdough toast was fresh. Coffee was a little burnt but the unsweetened iced tea was good.
