Our experience with SoMoCo Wireless has been a positive experience. You can always get an actual…read morelive person on the phone (the owner/manager provides his cell number in case one needs to contact him in the off-hours). When there is a planned outage, we are informed in a timely manner. If there have been issues with service, we will get an e-mail explaining what the problem was. No technology is perfect. But having had a negative experience with another wireless provider, our household could not be happier with the service we get from SoMoCo. And we are heavy bandwidth users, with two wireless televisions, several devices and a gaming platform attached to our SoMoCo service. We have had salespeople come by to offer the most recent service that's been installed in our area. It's a huge company, you can't get a human being terribly easily should you have issues, and the cost, after a cheap introductory offer, for our household, we are doing better with what we've got. Bad weather happens. Technology is stretched or fails. But with a local owner, SoMoCo does give a damn about customer service. That's the difference for us.
