But the 2-3 hours of shooting range time is a difference maker. I enrolled both my wife and I in the course. Both of us have limited experience handling/shooting firearms. After taking David's beginner course, both of us fully understand the safety aspects of handling firearms. The 2-3 hours of range time developed our confidence with handling and firing 20 different guns including revolvers and semiautomatic handguns, rifles, and shotguns. I took the state mandated firearms safety test the next week and passed. We plan to go gun shopping next week to acquire our first handgun. I highly recommend 831Shooter to anyone interested or curious about this important 1st step in potential gun ownership, or a refresher that someone needs after being away from handling firearms.

I had a very bad experience at B#Ass Pro Outlet and decided to never step foot in there again. Those lazy people didn't even want to order the rifle I wanted. I explained to him what I was looking for and he said "I have that in stock". Nice! We set an appointment and I showed up, greeted with a kind attitude. Chris spent about an hour with me explaining all the details and made sure all the paperwork was filled out correctly. I really appreciated the one on one time he gave me. I had such an awesome experience dealing with Chris, when I went to pick up my fire arm, I picked out another one before I left. This is the type of customer service and local business I like to stay loyal too and I'm sure Chris will stay loyal to me as well. I can now say, "I have a guy" when it comes to purchasing a fire arm. Thanks a lot Chris for taking good care of me. I highly recommend Nations Firearms to everyone who is interested in purchasing a firearm. Marcus.

We both tried it out and liked it. I am more accuracy based versus speed but it was. Ice to try. We had several rounds and heck we just did the $10 half hour gig...Andrew though took his time and gave us the whirlwind tour. Kyle and the guys there aren't your typical pushy, salesy people. They're genuine gun guys who actually shoot and live the lifestyle. They'll give you options, share their honest opinions and experience, and then let YOU decide what's best for you. No pressure, no BS. I've personally bought 3 high-end 2011s from them and thousands of rounds of ammo, and every transaction has been smooth from start to finish. The shop itself is also one of the most welcoming and cozy gun shops I've been to. But what really sets Manzano apart is what they've done for the shooting community. They host and organize members matches where you can get stage experience, sharpen your skills, and eventually take what you've learned into a real USPSA match--which they also run out of Coyote Valley Sporting Clays.
