My first experience was actually pretty good. I felt like I got a great quote, everything seemed straightforward, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Things changed when I started looking into combining my auto insurance with a property I own. I shopped around and got quotes from four of the bigger insurance companies, and that's when I realized the policy I got through Leon was significantly cheaper than everything else. That made me question what coverage I actually had. I called Leon to get a breakdown of my policy and find out exactly what was included, but they couldn't even find my account. That was a huge red flag for me. I ended up going back in person shortly after to cancel because at that point I just didn't feel comfortable with the situation. Unfortunately, even canceling has been a headache. The gentleman at the desk seemed confused about the process and couldn't give me a clear answer or reassurance that I wouldn't continue being charged monthly. I also found out they are acting as brokers and had placed my auto insurance with a company based in Florida, which I don't remember being clearly explained to me when I originally signed up. The whole experience after the initial signup has felt very disorganized and honestly pretty sketchy. I speak some Spanish, but I'm not fluent, so communication was also a little challenging at times. I really wanted to support a local business and initially had a good impression, but after everything that happened, I wouldn't recommend them. I'd strongly suggest anyone getting a policy here make sure you get a copy of the full policy, know exactly which insurance company is actually underwriting your coverage, and verify your coverage limits before leaving.

I was happy to find someone and headed over to her office. After we were finished doing the taxes she then goes to charge me and the quote is now $345. I was pretty surprised and kept it to myself because she did help me do some accounting so I paid her what she asked. This year I'm trying to do my taxes and make an appointment show up on time but I had forgotten some paper work. I told her I needed a little more time to get it she said it was fine but she wanted me to leave my paperwork so I did. Next thing you know I call her she's booked out until after the tax deadline and they can't help me now. I said fine I'll go somewhere else. I find an appointment immediately somewhere else and they tell me the same I'll charge you 180 for your taxes. So I call Linda trying to get my paper work and now she wants to hold it saying oh you had an appointment with me and you have to pay $60. They aren't doing a single thing for me but take my money.
