My house caught fire in the Spring of 2023. DB Solomon came highly recommended through my builders…read more They arranged for me to meet Rick and Buoy of DB Solomon at the last minute while I was finalizing documents. My first impression of DB Solomon was positive. Rick was gracious and personable. Rick had experienced a fire himself and his empathy was genuine. Initially it was smooth sailing although there were some minor hiccups along the way which were immediately resolved. I was reassigned Brandon as my public adjuster and it's been smooth sailing. Brandon's quick to answer any questions that arise, considerate and calm mannered. His character and dedication to DB Solomon is contagious. My case has been challenging to work with because my insurance company, like many others, has left the State of California. They're restructuring within the company. As a result, agents are training new hires. Many of whom did not know about my case because of a lack of communication within the company. In short, Brandon has spent hours on hold waiting to speak to an agent only to be redirected to another department to start back at square one. Nonetheless, Brandon has quietly persevered through insurance companies red tape and bureaucracy finding resolution within a timely manner. Here's an example of why you need a public adjuster on your side. DB Solomon came though when I was inundated with intimidating letters, email and text messages from the company who rebuilt my home following the fire. The builders demanded I pay over $30,000 for unpaid expenses within three days from signing. Everyday their accounting department sent multiple texts and emails demanding my e-signature. Then came the certified letters from FedEx. Had I signed via an E-signature or formal letter I would be held responsible to pay the builders within three business days from my signature. The accountant insinuated I had $30,000 from the sale of my home. $30,000 that belonged to the builders that I was withholding. To say I lost sleep over these false allegations is an understatement. Brandon was calm and reassured me the builders were paid in full by my insurance company. He asked for the formal letter to be sent to his email and said he would call the builders. All communication from the builders has ceased. Brandon kept me up to date, I knew what was going on behind the scenes every step of the way. DB Solomon has been my best advocate. Why do I need to hire a public adjuster? DB Solomon acts as a mediator between you and your insurance company. Like a good business your insurance company's job is to save their company money. Your friendly agent that sends annual greeting cards is not assigned to your new claim. You're immediately assigned a new agent to take on your new claim. An agent whose vested interest is to not pay your full claim. Because of changing laws and bureaucracy you need an advocate, a team on your side, helping you get the most profit from your claim. That's where DB Solomon comes in, they're your personal advocates on your side walking you through the process step by step. DB Solomon is dedicated and hard working. The more profit you receive from your claim the more they receive too. It's a mutually beneficial relationship. Brandon, thank you for your kindness, patience and empathy. You have been a blessing to our family. Thank you DB Solomon, each member of the team is an asset to your company. May you be blessed in all future pursuits.

Horrible, horrible, horrible tax service. I called Linda over the phone looking for someone to help…read moreme do my LLC taxes and she told me she would gladly do it for $180.00. I was happy to find someone and headed over to her office. After we were finished doing the taxes she then goes to charge me and the quote is now $345. I was pretty surprised and kept it to myself because she did help me do some accounting so I paid her what she asked. This year I'm trying to do my taxes and make an appointment show up on time but I had forgotten some paper work. I told her I needed a little more time to get it she said it was fine but she wanted me to leave my paperwork so I did. Next thing you know I call her she's booked out until after the tax deadline and they can't help me now. I said fine I'll go somewhere else. I find an appointment immediately somewhere else and they tell me the same I'll charge you 180 for your taxes. So I call Linda trying to get my paper work and now she wants to hold it saying oh you had an appointment with me and you have to pay $60. They aren't doing a single thing for me but take my money. I would not recommend her to anyone. She barely tries and charges you like a doctor. Stay away from the tax doctors!
