I brought in a pair of Goodyear welt John fluvog for a full resole, they did a poor glue job direct to the original sole instead of doing a proper Goodyear welt resole. It would have been fine if they had discussed the options. The shoes I can forgive because it's recoverable, the belt is unforgivable because this should have been simple and instead they left me with something that hurts me to look at.
