Definitely not a scam. - Impeccable customer service. I personally had the pleasure of doing business with Milo. He was very patient with me. Quick to get back with you. I actually believe that the staff genuinely cares about the quality of their vehicles and their customers needs & buying experience. -Your car will not have ANY problems. It's mainly a mechanic shop so they look over the car really well themselves. They replaced the smallest of things all the way down to the radio tune knob - who does that?? They will not let somebody drive off with a lemon, they insure their cars are in the best condition possible - mechanically and cosmetically. -You get the high end of private sell KBB price and the low end of dealer sell KBB price. To me, that is SO worth it when you're doing business with an honest reputable business. I live 2.5 hours away from ReDrive - so so SO worth it. I cannot stress enough how easy they made my car shopping experience. I didn't think I would ever trust a dealer. I didn't think finding a car could be as stress free as it was. We looked online at a couple of we buy car places and then I remembered their commercials and we gave them a call. After a pleasant conversation, how often can you say that about talking to a dealership we headed down to the lot to get an offer on the car. We got to the lot and 30 minutes later we left with with a check. No haggling went on, no back and forth, they made a fair offer straight away and we accepted. We sold a car in 30 minutes and left with a check that we were pleased with. If you are looking to sell a car if you do not at least give Hollingsworth an opportunity you may just be missing out.
