Hogan Plumbing came out and we paid Hogan Plumbing the $100.00 deductible and Hogan Plumbing never came back. Appointments were not met, they were cancelled with excuse after excuse by Hogan Plumbing and then the appointments became mere "no shows". Hogan Plumbing simply took our money and never came back or even responded to calls and text messages. Our warranty company is in the middle of finding us a new plumbing company and the money we paid to Hogan Plumbing will be transferred to the new plumber. I would not recommend Hogan Plumbing to anyone.

I called last week and spoke to a nice receptionist, we talked for about 10 minutes in regards to the problem I am having with my AC. We set up a time for Tuesday June 16th at 9am she stated that earlier in the morning would be better because most of everything is in the attic and would be cooler. My husband changed around his schedule so that he would be home for this. We both work in healthcare so we have been busier than usual. By 12 he called me as they had not shown up and he called them but they had no record of us scheduling or even calling and the Day on the phone was extremely rude with him. I called and explained to them that I had called a few days earlier and spoke to someone for about 10 minutes, this time the lady I spoke to was rude and put off that I even called. I asked her who the owner was and she stated Mr Saddler. I made another appointment for the next day on June 17th at 1 pm and my husband and I both changed our schedules around to accommodate this new arrival time. This time as soon as I hung up I received a text that someone would be here between 1 and 2 , I thought well that's reasonable. At 2:15 I called and some really nasty girl answered and stated that it would be anytime after 2 she acted as if she was doing me a favor. At 3pm I called and canceled as I am not depending on this Companies lack of reliability and customer service when there are so many others to choose from that are probably more reliable and customer friendly. If they can't get it right from the beginning they never will get it right with you.

Herrington Plumbing is a great outfit. Rodney was here 15 minutes early and I had to make him wait…read moreas I brought the new water heater from my shop. But once I did, he went straight to work. It took him about an hour and a half to get the water heater up and running. He then came into the house and crawled under the kitchen sink where the cold water valve, which was a push/pull valve, was shutting itself off due to internal failure allowing the line pressure to overcome the valve lock pressure, pushing it closed. That's my story and I'm sticking with it. Rodney took about an hour to change all three valves which is record time as the offending valve was up high and directly behind the sink. But he got it done and left no mess anywhere. Rodney is a straight shooter who gets the job done. Sure glad I called him.
