I received a message from All Seasons they were booked out as well. I went to bed thinking, I'll just let my property manager handle it in the morning and even sent an email stating so. To my surprise, I got a message via Yelp from All Seasons to call and book a service schedule. I called and was able to schedule for an opening they had the next day. The air conditioning is working again, and the tenants and I couldn't be happier! Well... more so for the tenant than me - as any property owner can attest. But things do break and are in need of repair! If you are looking around for an HVAC company and have rentals in the Denison/Sherman area, please consider All Seasons. I can't speak on costs because I have no other HVAC companies to compare them to. I do know they charge $99 for a call out. More times than not, things stop working unexpectedly. His team he hired to install the unit were exceptional, as we were given an 8 hr window to complete install and they had it done in 4-5 hrs tops. He was great when we had questions, he was kind to answer them all, my wife being a bit anxious, he was patient to make her feel comfortable. Customer service was excellent ad we had some minor cleaning I couldn't attempt to do and he was kind enough on memorial day to make a trip to clear out some lines and water for us. Definitely recommend Jake and Best Neighbors, to anyone seeking an honest assessment for what they need and can afford.

I had Whipple install a Comfortmaker 5 ton unit at my father's house and a 5 ton & 3 ton at my…read morehouse in June 2016. Tony Whipple promised he would submit the information for the warranty and I would receive the warranty in the mail within a few months. The installations are supposed to come with a 10 year parts & labor warranty and 15 years on the compressor and a 5 year "No hassle Warranty". After the install we noticed the 5 ton unit was forcing the return line against the inside wall making a very noticeable noise in the bedroom. I called Tony and he came out. He said he knew what was causing the noise and told me I needed to remove the brick where the return line exits the wall and left. Great service. My father with sleeps in that bedroom. He has alzheimer's and doesn't notice the noise. Anyone else would find it to be very annoying. For almost 2 years Tony doesn't answer his phone and he doesn't return calls when I leave a voicemail. No warranty papers, no service after the check clears. If you are lucky and have a flawless install that never requires warranty service then there's no problem doing service with this company. I wouldn't recommend it. Whatever you do, don't let them put your units on the black plastic platforms they throw in. This is what has caused the return line to be shoved against the wall. I highly recommend finding another company to deal with. In hindsight it certainly wasn't worth saving a few dollars to use this company.
