I'm especially concerned about the employees having to work in these conditions for their entire shifts. On top of that, the ice cream was visibly melting because of how hot the store was. This raises concerns about the proper storage and handling of the products and the quality being served to customers. I believe the air conditioning needs to be repaired as soon as possible and that management should address the working conditions for the employees. Please look into this location and take the appropriate action.

Even having staff pre-pack cups or pints for delivery during slower hours would make it easy to set up. II'd much rather support Tutti Frutti, and I think many others in the area would order more often if your yogurt was available for delivery.
