2 weeks ago my son's invisible braces accidentally got thrown into the trash at the car wash. Unfortunately, by the time we realized what had happened, the trash cans had already been emptied into the dumpster. We drove in from Cali. last night and my SUV was covered with dust and dead bugs; so it needed a wash. I found this place on google and decided to try it out. It is near Whitworth University so very convenient for the students. The staff is super NICE very helpful and incredibly courteous. I paid $24.00 for the car wash. My daughter has a membership. I've had several car washes in a few locations in Spokane. I stopped by on 7/12/25. For some reason, her car appears to not be thoroughly washed. There's still some dirt that remains on the back windshield. The brushes are not reaching well in that section. I have to use a water bottle just to help remove the dirt. I failed to take a picture of the area as I was in a hurry to get back on the road. The car wash experience is unlike the Brown Bear car wash. My daughter's car gets fully washed with no dirt remaining. I hope this can improve in the near future. I enjoy the free vacuum perk! =) read more

Went to Tomato street for lunch and after wanted a car wash and this was the closest place. Very quick and efficient. The car wash smelled really good! And then free vacuum afterwards was awesome too. I hate when I would have to pay with quarters and then stress that it's not enough, here it's free with a $10 car wash. I think definitely worth it. And I just drove here from Tacoma, WA so my car needed a wash. She's back to looking great! Friendly staff as well! read more

I like the touch washes more than the non touch ones and my jeep was DIRRRRTY. I had never been here and the line was long but they still were consistent and quick. The jeep came out clean and car washes are always a fun experience. I also love it when the people working are helpful and attentive because I need it. It's pretty overpriced and your car won't get completely clean. The only thing they got going on is a good location.

Staff was super rude. I pulled up in the correct lane and had to sit there for 10 min in the heat while she got a manager to sign this person up for a membership apparently. Tried to pull around to the other lane and the attendee (first one) tried to tell me I couldn't go thru cuz I don't have a membership. Apparently if you're not a member here, customer service does not matter. She was condescending and literally laughed at me while I was pulling through. 10$ and my car isn't even clean. I loved having my car washed there and getting the free vacuum. The staff were always friendly. So fast-forward to December, 2021. I moved away from Spokane and kept getting monthly charges and forgot why I kept getting billed. Then I remembered it was a car wash, hoping it was a car wash but wasn't quite sure. I googled car wash companies in Spokane and called Adrian in Corporate. Oh my gosh--he is AMAZING!!! He found my account and confirmed I was getting billed by them. He refunded all the months I was gone. I am so amazed and so thankful--especially being strapped during the holiday season. It's a below average car wash at best, but the employees that I've interacted with are cheerful and helpful, so I increased the score a little. The wash rollers do a decent job of getting the dirt off your vehicle on all parts except the back of the vehicle. It seems like it just doesn't reach and nobody is around to make it better. They may run it differently than other MCW's though. The ones in El Paso, TX have employees at the end of the blow dryer area where they actually dry up spots that hide water and wipe away dust/dirt from areas the rollers missed too. If your car is filthy and you want to eliminate 90% of the work, it'll do the job. You'll just have to touch up a little when you get home. read more

Even if you go in for a single wash, they have a 4 day guarantee... Which means if your car gets dirty within 4 days, show them your receipt... And they will rewash it for free! Their vacuum's are always free with a wash too, which is a nice bonus. read more

We came in on Christmas Eve and it was super busy. We paid for the highest level which was $18.00. Our car came out with still a lot of dirty spots all over the body, the windshield didn't even get clean! My truck had road dust but wasn't muddy or super dirty. I tried calling corporate multiple times and no answer. I called the store multiple times and no answers. read more

I LOVE THIS MISTER CAR WASH! The employees are awesome! I purchased the unlimited wash deal and I'm so glad I did. I totally recommend this place. The ONLY thing I don't like is the way cars from the dollar store get in the way of the exit of the wash/dry. It's not the car washes fault, it's how the parking lot was designed / built. My girlfriend washed her Crosstrek and the overhead roller scuffed her hood, parts of her roof, and the rear tail spoiler. I had to call twice to speak to anyone. The assistant manager was responsive and nice to take down the report...five days later. With that said, when we spoke to the location manager, he brushed us off and said to make a claim with our insurance. Very lackluster customer service. Car has scum left in it, never gets dry and the leftover water spots the glass. Not a good wash at all.

Love this Car Wash I use it often every month, and I have purchased the Ultimate Monthly Pass which if necessary I can go 2x's per day everyday if I choose or need, you can't beat a deal like that! It has been needed when I run through a fresh hatch of bugs on the way to Tri Cities. I do appreciate it when the Properly Trained and Sharp Eye have noted the amount of bugs and use the bug spray right off the bat and don't try to use the heavy pressure wash near my paint, since rock chips in the paint do not appreciate it. 5 Star as soon as All Employees note the Bug Factor! read more

I went here for the first time about 3/4 weeks ago and couldn't seem to figure out the machines at first. The man that came out to help was so sweet!! I've been here 2 more times since then and will NEVER take my car anywhere else now. My car always looks great afterwards. The employees are great but I was very disappointed to find out they discontinued the full service wash & vacuum & window washing. That's the whole reason I went there. I understand it's been awhile since they discontinued the full service but it's a treat for me to have someone else wash my car. I can't afford to do it regularly. The gentleman there was really nice & did wash my windows after I said that was the reason I was there which was fabulous customer service. They said they refer customers who want a full service to a sister wash on the north side. Sorry, 1 that's way out of my way & 2, I don't have 2 hours to get my car washed & vacuumed. read more

We have repeatedly used the services of car washing, then have bought a car wash unlimited membership. After a month we decided to cancel membership . I called and asked to cancel my membership . We did not check anymore if we were charged from our credit card. Every time we washed the car we paid for the service. Three months later we found out that we also were charged for membership unlimited car wash, but we could not use, we were told that we do not have account any more. It turns out that we paid each time for a car wash, plus we were charged from credit card for the membership. We called more than once, asked to cancel . They said that we are not in the system any more , have no membership , but every month for four months did charge with our credit cards for services that we can not use. We are trying to change something. Hope our problem will solved soon. read more

I'm surprised to see the neg reviews and why people are spending so much. I get the basic $6 wash and my car comes out clean and shiny. I use the vacumns too that are very powerful. I've been going there for years ever since they opened. Once a year I get the undercarriage washed and tire cleaned which makes them really black. I love this place! read more

took my Mazda06 2006 through the car wash and it ripped the bumper completely off the vehicle. Insurance has no interest because the deductable is too high but the adjuster and body shop has looked at the car and says that I should NOT be liable to fix this. Mister Car wash says there was "more than likely" previous damage and will not take any responsibility for the damage, or even meet me half way. read more
