    Brisket, sausage, pull pork

Good BBQ for the price. I came here Sunday evening around 5:30pm for dinner. The restaurant has cool indoor decor and regular table and booth seating. Ordering was at the back of the room, and food came out just 2-3 minutes after ordering. It's a self serve so I picked up food then pick table I want. They have outdoor tables as well. Restaurant is clean and staffs are friendly. Out of 3 meat I got, pull pork, sausage, brisket, the pull pork was better. Brisket was a bit dry and I had to cut the outside since they all burn and bitter. For the price, it's decent place if you want quick BBQ meal

Mission. BBQ is amazing, when you walk in you can tell you are in a place that welcomes people. The counter is not fast food, but quick service- friendly, efficient and responsive to any and all needs or questions... a bonus word of advice- every piece of smoked meat is amazing- but don't sleep on the Smoked Cheeseburger. From the soft bun to the slight smoke flavor to juicy center- this is my new Go to at Mission.. A palace not to miss!!

A very unique place. Try and get there before noon so you can partake in the singing of the national anthem (it is pretty cool). They shut service for about 5 minutes to do this but it's very heartwarming. Lots of veterans and stories told. Food is great as long as you like smoked meats. Pictured are the garden salad with pulled chicken and the pulled chicken entree with greens and beans. Inside is fully decorated in service member photos and various first responder patches. Worth the trip.

My coworker and I ordered takeout because we both wanted to finally try this place. The mac n cheese was alright, I'd say chik fil a has them beat which was disappointing. Coleslaw was good. Pulled pork sandwich was okay, it was mostly a good vessel to try all of their sauces. And the cornbread was nothing special. I would say this is a good fast food bbq, but compared to something like Dinosaur BBQ, it stands no chance. It's pretty pricey for what you get. The quality is just not matching the price. Service is really nice, I do love what they stand for, but I don't see myself returning because of the prices. Ambiance is nice, love the decor and the vibes inside. Just wish the prices were lower or the food tasted way better.

We always try to stop at a Mission BBQ on our travels. We normally enjoy the food and atmosphere. I ordered the rib steak with a sweet glaze on the side. My steak was extremely chewy , tough to cut. I was offered something else in its place but I kept the steak thinking only part was tough, but the steak was too chewy for me to eat.. Also the problem was the steak was hard to cut with a plastic knife!! No reusable tableware at the restaurant. My dining mate enjoyed his chicken. The yard bird, great as always. Next time I'll stick to the chicken. All our sides were tasty, the atmosphere comfortable and prices reasonable. But no more steak for me at the Mission BBQ.

Some of the worst bbq I've ever had in a restaurant. The pulled pork was flavorless and stringy.

Starting with the friendly and attentive service from the staff. Even the security guard outside welcomed us to Rochester and made his recommendations! The amount of food was perfect, the sides were all so tasty, I couldn't pick my favorite! The ribs I was so happy from beginning to end. It was the best way to end the night, even the kids couldn't stop raving about the delicious food! Thank you so much team! I would 10000% come back if I'm in Rochester!

It was def a BBQ joint, but I wasoasing the dinosaur but. Anywhos, service was fantastic. I was seated quickly (party of 1 usually do) and my waitress was amazing. Once I figured out my choices, I went with the 3 course meal. Jerk wings to start, 1/4 chicken (I went with thigh and deum instead of breast and wing), beef brisket, side of Cajun corn, roasted whipped sweet potatoes, organe cream soda, and key lime pie for the dessert. First off, wings were delish and a great way to start. Then the entrees was a good portion. I was hesitant to try Cajun corn again since the last place I tried it was very unfulfilling. But here it was delish. Sweet potato were solid. Chicken was not dry at all, and brisket was tender and smokey. Soda was not too heavy, and the key lime pie was so so good (but honestly I should have gotten it to go as it was too much food). Overall, this place was wonderful. If I ever come back to Rochester I will be coming here again.

I had the Pulled Pork Fries, which are also available on the food truck menu. They were so good that I wanted to leave a review both here and at the K2 Brewing page. The fries are perfectly crispy and hold up well against the slaw and barbecue sauce. I absolutely loved the sweet and slightly tangy sauce, and the addition of apple cider vinegar is excellent. The slaw is crunchy and provides a good texture contrast to the fries and pork. The pork was so delicious--perfectly cooked and full of flavor. I will definitely seek out the truck this summer to try more of their food, and in the meantime I'm glad they're available at K2 Brewing!

Their menu is small and straight forward, but it seems like a lot of their menu items had big portions. I inquired if they served any of their meats a la carte so I don't stuff myself before hitting the next truck. Unfortunately they don't, however the staff member was more than happy to let me sample pieces of their pulled pork and brisket before deciding. Both of these meats were awesome but lacked the heavy smokey flavor I was looking for directly. No worries, because they were still so good that I opted for the Connor Plate knowing well that I couldn't finish it all. For $12 the Connor Plate was a heaping portion of meat, mac salad, corn and beans. The mac salad was not too heavy on the mustard and mayo (perfect!) and the bean medley was sweet and abundant. The barbecue sauce was added the savory and smokey flavor I wanted but was also sweet. The whole pallet of the dish is a little too sweet for me but for everyone else, this dish is still a solid choice! I think they might have other sauce options (hopefully something spicy), so I look forward to checking them out again and pigging out!

We had a great server who unfortunately I cannot remember their name to shout out, but we got some delicious cuts of meat, veggies, and bao buns. As well as a heaping portion of white rice. The side dishes that came with the meal were also delicious and I love that they gave you a mochi ice cream at the end. The ambience is great, they've done a great job of decorating the place, the service was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. We started with the miso soup, which was one of the best I've ever had, then had to get the Asia Nation dumplings, which lived up to the name and were very tasty, and split a spider roll and shrimp tempura roll for the main course, both of which were outstanding and flavorful. I am excited to come back here for a bunch of the "real"/raw sushi/sashimi as soon as possible. The only constructive criticism I could have is about a couple of the noises when dining in. They ring an old school bell when food is ready, which was a bit annoying and distracting. You can also hear the wok and utensils going in the back from the dining room, which again is a bit distracting. Otherwise, phenomenal experience and we will be back.
