It was a wonderful sandwich. The brisket was prepared perfect and was so tender. 2) Kim came by the table to charm us. He is 81 years old, and his birthplace, according to his name tag, was Mars. Kim is a people person, and he is interested in what you have to say, well, if you can get a word in. This is not my first encounter with him, and I hope it's not the last. When I go back, I need to take pictures.

As a customer, I found her behavior unprofessional and uncomfortable. She should always prioritize compassion and uplift her colleagues, rather than spreading negativity. I spoke with the GM Veronica when leaving out of the restaurant and advised her of what I overheard. She listened to everything I had to say, and promised she would look into the issue.

I've heard this strip is to be razed soon, but still no reason for the disarray here. I've also heard this owner also has Aqua on 5th. I'll leave it to you to form your own opinion on that 3 star establishment. Obviously, the owner doesn't care about quality at his restaurants... even their North Naples location is barely above 3 stars. Why 2 stars instead of one?
