I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars! One of the absolute best dining experiences we have had and a lot of that credit goes to Crystal and Everyone at Team Naples location. We arrived just after noon on a Friday (June 12, 2026) First walking in, we were greeted with that smoky campfire smell that lets you know that this place is serving the real deal! As we waited in line, a staff member came out and offered us free Ham samples to try and it was melt in your mouth delicious! We went up to place our order and the clerk was friendly and helpful. They take your name and have a seat at your booth. While waiting we loved the patriotic decor and the smokehouse atmosphere. Once they called my name I went up to collect my order and they checked with me to make sure everything was correct and were super friendly. The food was spot on real BBQ! Not some reheated dried out, no smoke jerky. The pulled pork was fresh, moist and tasted perfect. The Smoked Cheeseburger was right on point. It tasted just like the ones I smoke myself. Plus they have delicious sauces to try as well. My fav was the Texas Twang, but it was a close tie to the Blue Ridge Smoky Mountain. The fries are fresh and taste great, and the smoked mac and cheese was awesome! While we were eating, Crystal came by and offered some Freedom Fries but unfortunately we had to tell her we were stuffed. A few minutes later she came back and gave us a full size chocolate brownie to go, along with a return visit card that gets you free items each time you come back (free side, free sandwich, free meat market). Fantastic service from start to finish! We felt so welcomed from the minute we walked in all the way to being told thanks for coming in as we walked out. This was a excellent dining experience, expecially for a place that is just a walk in, faster food, BBQ spot. Most recent experience was far better than the past. I suspect that's because I opted for chicken instead of pork which was far too greasy and upset my stomach. Service was phenomenal and very helpful from the moment we approached the register through to the end of our time eating. Enjoyed the chicken with a side of baked beans and cornbread. I stopped by on a Wednesday evening and it was not super busy. Alondre was the asscociate that explained the menu to my family and I. She was super friendly and super knowledgeable about the menu and the restaurant. You will need to order first before sitting down to eat. We ordered two orders of the 10 baby back ribs, a side of fries, a side of baked beans, and a side for Mac and cheese. The ribs were good but I like the ribs already sauced. However, they give you the option to add any sauce you like from the table. My favorite side was the Mac and cheese because they added bread crumbs inside. We also ordered a side of the banana pudding and this has been one of my favorite dessert I ever tried in a while. This dessert comes with real bananas and Nila cookies of it. It was amazing. Knew nothing about it. We were so pleasantly surprised! From the reserved Veteran parking spot as we pulled up (my husband is a Veteran) to the simple, yet wide array of options on the menu to the different types of sauces you can try at the table. They have a special on prime rib. It was smoked, but I didn't detect any smoke flavor. Not a deal-breaker as it was excellent. This location is smaller than the Ft. Myers location. Naples location would fill up but never to the point of no tables. This may be a problem as we move further into the season. Mission has a very different slaw than most places in Naples. I was happy to see a Mission BBQ location open nearby in Naples. The food is consistently good, and the Mission positive. I ordered the Brisket sandwich (ordered Moist). The portion size was okay (meticulously measured,), and the product juicy aside from a several inedible burnt bits which is normal. The fries were made fresh and delivered to me as they were not ready at the same time as the sandwich. The staff are really friendly and helpful. My only disappointments were no customer wifi which is pretty much the norm these days, but more significantly is they did not offer tap to pay, ApplePay, or even credit card chip which is baffling. Why would a brand new restaurant not have the most secure payment methods. I expect to be back for their delicious food, but I do prefer to support businesses who care about my credit card security. read more

Love everything about Misson Bbq! I got the pulled pork sandwich with two sides and a drink. My side choices were Mac and cheese (a must get - in my opinion) and the broccoli salad (it was good but idk if I would order it again). The employees are so helpful and friendly. They also have glass bottles sodas which I love (fountain drinks are also available) and we sat at the coolest table with different license plates! Fantastic, fast, friendly and all about America's first responders & military while you eat some very good bbq. They have a great setup here with approximately 60 seats indoors, with several tables around the south side outdoors. It's walk up to the counter to order where you're greeted by a squad to welcome you and explain their menu and system, which is quite simple. The menu is easy to understand and read, and hosts the typical bbq fare from pulled pork, chicken, brisket, ribs, and the requisite sides as well. Their smokers are in plain sight, with plenty of crew working the line to get orders out quickly. Most items are GF if you're concerned about that, but you can also let them know when you order, and the cornbread will be skipped. The crew member also explained that all their sauces, rubs, etc. are GF, too. I've been twice now and the brisket was super tender with a nice smoke ring, pulled chicken is moist (I like that they have NC Vinegar on the tables to add a little more zing). I haven't tried the fries b/c they said it's a soy based oil they use. But, they look good from what I've seen and hand cut so have at it. The first time I ever visited a location I literally cried at the 12 noon honoring! I had no idea!!! Thank you for honoring our military & first responders. My only negative comment is about the " XXL WINGS". I saw nothing exceptional about the size at all. Not only were they not any bigger than a regular wing. These are not really full wings, they say it's 10-piece, it's really five wings broke apart. You have the part that looks like a drumstick and then you have the smaller flatter part. Part they throw the tips away. Where I come from. These are called " wing dings". The most disappointing was the cost $16.99 for 10, but really five wings broken half. When we arrived they had a lady welcoming us who was also walking an older gentleman out to his car. This will be a long one. Let's get this out there that I am allergic to styrofoam packaging. I arrived this evening at 630pm and it was packed. I ordered at the counter and asked about the packaging. The young man said it was styrofoam so I asked if another form was available. I got the deer in head lights look. After he talked with I assumed was the expeditor, he said they could do aluminum. Ok great. I ordered the the chopped brisket sandwich with Mac and cheese. I also ordered the pulled pork and fresh cut fries.I paid and waited in line. As I was watching the packing procedure, I saw my aluminum pans waiting to be filled. However I also saw the guy measuring out the pulled pork with a styrofoam cup. They have a thing where they open the tray to show you that your order is correct. When I got mine, I asked if the pulled pork was measured in a styrofoam cup and of course it was. They did correct it properly but if I didn't see it then I would not have known until my demise. The woman working the reveal counter, sorry I didn't get her name, was extremely apologetic. She did give me 2 free sandwich coupons. The food is a whole other story. The chopped brisket sandwich was completely inedible. It was so salty. Just poor bbq. The mac and cheese had no flavor, no seasoning. The pulled pork was excellent with no sauce and the fries were ok at best. Hopefully it gets better with time.
