The one in Wailuku is my new favorite store! Stopped by unexpectedly to get an outfit for Father's Day dinner with my husband! Got a dress and blouse.. and of course earrings, and a really cool belt. Came in looking for a matching outfit for my family. I was looking for something trendy but not so "cliche." I wanted something special and didn't want to be worried if someone else was wearing the same thing as us. This place is above and beyond! Love their "2" sizes deal for women's clothing. I have a few outfits from here and loved their family style atmosphere BUT really disliked the last most important shopping experience there! I bought $580.00 worth of outfits that included custom apparel for my Dad's funeral. Sadly 3 of the 5 customs was ruined after I washed it. I called the store and she told me, I was supposed to hand wash it. She said she told us that but my husband and I KNOW SHE DIDN'T TELL US ANYTHING PERTAINING TO WASHING IT! I asked if we could get a store credit for the 3 garments and She said no because it was our fault so they're not going to do anything for us. I was and am still very upset! How can they say it was my fault when 3 of the 5 shirts were ruined... I say THEY were at fault for using the wrong type of paint. Making me re-think the support local, buy local slogan!!! read more

Went to this shop because of their post on Instagram, I wanted to see for myself in person the beautiful styles of clothes. We also were shopping for a going away gift to our nephew and niece and their baby. Ended up getting them all unique gifts. So far so good with this place. Came in looking for a matching outfit for my boyfriend and I for our cousins grad party. I had a difficult time finding just the right one because of the limited sizing selection. However, Kahea and Masa ensured that I received the proper help with their great customer service skills, which I don't think you can find at any wear other clothing store! Literally for a whole hour, Kahea helped me try on different apparel just so that I could find the perfect one appealing to my taste. Masa kept looking in the back for other sizes as well. I honestly wish I could've bought the whole store! That is how pleased I was with the different prints, colors, and clothing designs. Instead of walking out the store with just 1 pair for me and my boyfriend, I ended up purchasing 2 dresses, 2 shirts, and a pair of earrings. Well what can I say about this place, "it's very Extraordinary "! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Store is located in the bay of shops behind cutter ford in Waimalu. Very easy to find when you turn right if coming from west side on Kamehameha highway at the traffic light by cutter ford. Go straight in past guard shack and to the left I believe it's the second row of shops right there at corner just across on the right is a fabric store . There are lots of parking. Store is well set up and clean. They have a dressing room to try on clothes before purchasing . They also have accessories like rings, bracelet, earrings, scarfs etc. A HUGE Mahalos to "Tori" she was very patient. At first I sent my daughter there as I walked to another shop in the area. When I was done she also was done with a frown. I asked if she found anything and she told me "Tori" was such a great help but all the choices she chose were too big. I told her let's just go back in and look around again, and so we did. My daughter pointed out "Tori" to me and said that's the sales person who helped me she is "very nice" and tried to find something for me. I looked around saw a few dresses I thought were cute and asked "Tori" is there was a size for my daughters. Tori said she tried on all the smallest sizes on these and showed me what she tried. I found a few and my daughter tried them, too big. Then "Tori" left I thought she was going to help other customers but instead she went in the back and looked for some small sizes of different styles. Now you don't find too many sales people like "Tori" who goes the extra mile . Then I thanked her thinking we were leaving with nothing. I kept looking around had my daughter try on more dresses. Then one of the dress that came from the back fit my daughter, yay. We were only suppose to get one dress we ended up getting two. That way if my daughter could make a final choice when she goes to her event. Thank You Tori and staff for all your help! Will refer people there, I deal with a lot of tourist looking for things that they have. Not as cheap as swap meet where every tourist goes, now I have this place to refer them to.
