I had such an amazing experience with both Mia and Sally! They absolutely nailed my nails and…read morematched my inspo photo perfectly. Their attention to detail was incredible, you can tell they genuinely care about doing a beautiful job. I originally ended up regretting the color and design I chose, and I was so nervous to say something, but Mia and Sally were beyond kind and understanding. They fixed everything for me with no problem at all and made sure I left happy. They were patient, professional, and so sweet throughout the whole process. I'm so happy with how my nails turned out and so grateful for how kind and accommodating they were. If you're looking for talented nail techs who listen and care, I highly recommend Mia and Sally! The salon is also very clean, professional environment, and weirdly... super interesting content on the TVs. Prices are reasonable for the kind of work you get here. This is my second visit-My first set here was also amazing (gel x) and lasted me over a month!

Irene is the rudest person I've ever experienced. I should have known she would be nasty towards me…read morewhen I asked her name and attempted to engage in small talk with her. My first visit, Irene was supposed to complete my pedicure. She continuously asked me what I wanted, if certain shapes and length were to my liking. After answering her the first few times, I seen that she grew impatient. SHE kept asking me so I finally told her that I'm afraid to answer because every time I politely answer her, she gets upset. Finally, she called over the front desk girl to mediate. Again, Irene would stop every few seconds just to see if I would give her the okay. I am not of this profession, so I cannot tell if the acrylic is applied properly if you won't file it. Then, I asked her about a section of my nail that looked odd so when I asked the front desk girl if it was my nail she said "it's the acrylic" and Irene just start filing it. I did not tell her to file I just asked and she totally curved my nail. I softly said "oh no, she curved it". Then Irene just got up and walked away. I sat there for a while for another tech to service me, but was told no one could service me after sitting there without acknowledgment for 10 minutes. My demeanor was calm, polite, and flexible. This nail salon may look pretty on the exterior, but the service that YOU work hard to pay for should not come at the expense of respect. ZERO STARS Jenny V. Business Manager Hello R R. Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. Our technicians always ask questions throughout the service to ensure the shape, length, and style match each customer's personal preference. Every client likes their nails differently, so communication is very important for us to provide the best result. The technician did her best to assist you and clarify what you wanted, but it was difficult to move forward without clear direction. We always aims to be respectful and professional, and we also reserve the right to respectfully decline a service if we feel we cannot meet a customer's expectations. We appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve our communication and service. Thank you. In response to Jenny, the technician was NOT respectful nor did the nail technician follow the clear and straightforward direction I had kindly given her. If that was giving "her best", then I have made the right decision to never return. Jenny, do not manipulate unsuspecting customers on Yelp by posting a likely AI generated response to appear reasonable. My experience happened as I had explained while your response is minimizing it. ZERO STARS

Have been coming here for two years, and thought it was about time to say something. They really…read moretake good care of you, even if you have foot problems (which I do). My toes are hard to work with, and I have ingrown nails. Even with that they are really good.

Absolutely one of the worst nail experiences I've ever had…read more I shouldn't have to remind a nail tech to trim cuticles -- that's basic nail prep. Instead, they left it until the very end like an afterthought. Not sure if this place is just outdated or simply untrained. The gel extension work was honestly embarrassing. The nail tips were glued on crooked multiple times, and even after redoing them, they were STILL crooked. There was zero apex/build structure, and the tech openly admitted she "doesn't know how to do apex." If you can't do one of the most basic parts of nail extensions, maybe you shouldn't be offering the service. And somehow it got worse -- they filed my fingers until they bled, then blamed ME for having "dry skin" instead of taking accountability. I've been getting my nails done for years and have never once left a salon bleeding. The lack of skill, professionalism, and basic customer service here is honestly shocking. Charging people for work like this is crazy. First and last visit. Update: no matter what products been used, trim cuticles is part of the prep process. It's basic. Will not go back to have bloody and crooked nails, not even with free charge.
