Yummy yummy creamy chicken broth!!!!! Ingredients are few for the hot pot - à la carte, but the inclusive chicken is smooth and tender in the broth. We went twice, first time is just 2 people basic without à la carte (chicken with fish maw $55) and it was just enough. Second time, we went as a family of 4 and we definitely enjoyed the happy hour version to keep us full with unlimited rice and veggies.
Nice place to have hotpot. We came for dinner on a weekend and ordered the chicken based hot pot. It already contained chicken and the soup was delicious by itself before throwing other ingredients in. We realized there was no need to order proteins, as part of lesson learned we won't order much again in the future. We ordered shitaki mushroom with shrimp. The perception was the shrimp would wrap the mushroom but it came out the other way being the mushroom wrapping the shrimp. It wasn't that tasty, I guess it was the only dish that disappointed. Everything else was up to standard. This place has all you can grab appetizer which consisted on shrimp crackers, fruits, and other. Overall, the experience was great and will definitely come back again in the future : )
We got the chicken and fish maw dinner set for $49.99. The price may seem steep, but when you think about it, the soup takes 10 hours to cook to achieve that rich and flavorful taste. If you order the set meal for two, it is already very filling. It came with chicken, fish maw, white fungus, nagaimo, pumpkin slices, and noodles. We also ordered the mushroom set (I think it was $21.99), which turned out to be way too much food for both of us, but we loved it. I really enjoyed the broth. Just as advertised, it was delicious on its own and perfect for dipping all the food in. Their sauce spread was also very good, with fruit add-ins available for free. Honestly, I do not think they even need the sauce bar because the soup itself is that good. As for the service, I would say it really depends on who you get. The male server who first helped me gave the feeling that he did not really want to be there. Later, two female servers helped me, and they were much more attentive and genuinely wanted to make sure I had a good experience.

Never had this type of hot pot before but I really enjoyed it! The soup was rich, creamy and tasty. The appetizers we tried were all delicious and the clay pots was savory with bits of rice that were crispy and crunchy on the bottom of the clay pot. Mango shaved ice dessert was huge and we shared one order among four people.
The hot pot here is 4 stars- the collagen rich chicken broth is so golden it's unbelievable. The ingredients are all high quality, pricey but you get what you pay for. Not crazy about the pumpkin and snow fungus as part of their hot pot package though, pumpkin changes the texture and color of the broth which can be unappetizing. The noodles that come with it though are really good, perfect amount of chew and slurpy goodness. Where they lost major points was the service. First there was one guy there who had the worst RBF (resting b face) who looked SO irritated when we asked him for anything. The guy just oozes "I'm too good for this " energy. It was noticeable to multiple people in our party. The other servers although they didn't have such attitude, were not attentive at all and had to be flagged down for every little thing, we had to ask them 3 separate times to refill our broth. For the prices they charge I just expected better service. I get much much better service at the buffet style hotpot places - the fast foods of hotpot. Small thing that also bothered me was them using disposable plastic cups for our drinks. However, I did like the Tiffany colored bowls and utensils they had. If they up their service game this place could be amazing but I probably won't be coming back.
Great hot pot place in the same complex as 99 Ranch, and it specializes in chicken broth. They offer a few versions of chicken broth, but my favorite is still the classic one. The menu is confusing, they offer "set menus" or you can just order ala carte. I prefer the latter as I like to pick the items rather than being forced to have items I don't love. They have a fairly limited selection vis-a-vis other hot pot places, but everything is fresh and tasty. The sauce station is very comprehensive as well, with a few free dishes such as kimchi and various fruits. Service is usually pretty good, with various servers constantly clearing out dishes and replace items.

Staff were quick and courteous and helped set it all up. Portions were great and the meats were delicious. Very impressed with this hot pot! The green tea ice cream after was a pleasant surprise and delicious.

My party of 2 visited Miss Flower Hotpot on a Thursday around 7pm. We were seated promptly and there were a few tables occupied in the restaurant. They specialize in their chicken soup, so we decided to order a 2 person portion of their Chicken Soup with Fish Maw. The soup comes with chicken, fish maw, red dates, wolf berry, and cordyceps flower. along with sides of snow fungus, pumpkin, Chinese yam, and handmade noodle. The chicken broth is boiled for 10 hours and it's rich in collagen. We also ordered a few orders of their wagyu to accompany the chicken soup, which they are currently offering for $3.99/plate. The meat was very fresh and tasted delicious. There is also a self service sauce bar available, that offers a variety of sauces/toppings as well as some fresh fruit and small bites. The only downside is that the fruit and small bites were not replenished later into the evening. + Multiple promotional offerings for dine-in service during weekdays

And hoping next time around I would have leftovers and bring home some leftover soups! The sauce and appetizers bar is so fun and all tasty! Make a reservation before you go or else you would probably need to wait for a table!

Chicken collagen with fish maw golden broth hot pot. Took me several times to get the description right. Because it was so uniquely good and I made it a mission to bookmark this in my mental food archives. For anyone who has eaten hot pot many times from all restaurants available throughout NYC, you typically dip and cook your foods in a broth and focus on eating just the cooked foods. Here is a different story, you enjoy drinking the broth altogether with your food. Lots of things I found fascinating was each table had a chicken timer on top for the staff to see when the golden broth was at each table, to ensure it sustained well and not foamed up and wasted. This broth was so mindblowingly good that I did not even needed to go to the dipping sauces station for my meal. If I had to describe the taste without degrading the broth, think of it as an elevated chicken egg soup but 10x's better. As the flavor does justice because it's brewed for 10 hours with care and pride. The staff did a good job and our server made sure when we added the food for cooking, they instructed how long to cook each item: Wagyu beef, abalone, greens and noodles to not soil the broth's flavor. This place was easy to get a table for 2 on a Saturday night, maybe because on a flood watch day. Very comfortable seating and even the drinkware and dish equipment were top notch to enhance our experience. Important factor too with hot pot dining, there's no aftermath hot pot odors stuck on your clothes as this broth did none of the sort. I've never had this type of hotpot before and anything new that leaves a memorable experience for me, makes me want to food research further, like how this type of broth idea started. A good option for those not wanting to do AYCE for hot pot and pay a reasonable cost. One of the meals I will have dreams of and remember for a long time. read more
Don't skip on this gem of a place. The broth alone is the reason to dine here. This hot pot place has one of the best broths I've had for hot pot. Their signature B4. Chicken and fish maw broth is packed with flavor. It's also their most popular and highly recommended broth. It has the diced chicken, fish maw, jujubes and lily flower buds. The broth is rich in flavor yet great in simplicity. You can tell that they put a lot of love into making it. The set comes with Chinese yam, squash, white fungus and noodles. You can order additional items à la carte to add to your broth. We ordered king oyster mushrooms, enoki mushrooms and the shiitake mushrooms pulled with shrimp paste. They also have a sauce bar for any of the food you cook in the broth, but the broth was so amazing and delicious we didn't even visit the sauce bar during our dinner. The place is a decent size. Lots of tables of various sizes. There are tables various sizes around. This hot pot place the tables have only one burner, so if you have multiple people, you will need to agree on the broth that works for all. In addition to the hot pot broths and à la carte ingredients you can add to the broth, they also have appetizers, rice and noodles. Our server was so sweet. She walked us through the menu and made sure to grab a kids tray for my daughter to use to eat her food. She came by often to check if we needed anything extra. She also gave us a container to pack our leftovers and broth to take home. We all were super happy with our meal and service. Wish we lived more locally to visit more often, but it will be on our list to revisit more. read more

A very fresh tasty experience! Miss Flower Hotpot is very different from our usual hot pot place. They were very welcoming and friendly and greeted us at the door. We ordered with the waitress and they brought over our soup base, which looked and smelt so good! They also brought over the food very quickly! We ordered the seafood platter, some chicken and beef and a variety of mushrooms which they grow themselves! We also ordered the fried rice which didn't disappoint! I would recommend coming here! Nice place to have a get together or just enjoy some tasty food! read more

I just flew in from Florida and had a rough flight and was greeted by the cold. This was exactly what I needed. I was so nauseous after the airplane ride and felt so sick. This hot pot gave me back life. We got the chicken with fish maw. The broth is GOLDEN full of Chinese herbs and collagen it was very healing. The chicken was of good quality as well- the leaner type. Service was fantastic it was our first time there and they explained everything to us. Ambiance- clean! Don't forget the sauce bar!!! read more
You're in the right place for a high quality hot pot meal. My love for hotpot if fairly divided for all styles of hot pot, ayce, seafood, quality alc etc. Love their coconut chicken soup base and the chicken fish maw. Both amazing options with quality ingredients. Some of the prices are marked up unfairly but I know what I came here for. Majority of the time, their service is awful except for this one friendly server, that goes above and beyond. The aisles are spacious but the booths could be bigger. Seating is cozy with petite ladies and a wide spread of food. The sauce bar has the variety you'll need to make your go-to sauce. They add soup as liquid evaporates, I always over order and end up packing another full meal to go. I do cook all the raw food before packing them to go.* Bet the leftovers were just as delicious the next day. read more

What's special? It's all about the soup. Pick your soup and be sure to drink it before adding other ingredients since the soup itself is a feature. We actually removed all the soup and had them fill the pot with regular broth before we cooked the rest of our hot pot items. We ordered way too much extra food since we didn't realize that the soup came with a lot of food. We also tried a few of their other dishes. The fried rice in particular was excellent. There was another rice dish which comprised of white rice and egg which is cooked in a little soup to make a congee. Overall a fun meal but quite pricey. read more

Love the atmosphere. Modern feel to it the decor on spot with the pastel. Service was fast but we had two tables and they mixed up the orders other than that no big issues. Wagyu Fried Rice: 3/5 it's what I expected. Nothing special the so called wagyu might as well of been skirt steak. Other than that nothing special; but expensive for the taste. Fried Pork: 4/5 solid appetizer. Crispy with decent flavor. Golden Rice Cake with Coconut Stuffing: 4/5 Really good but the oil they fried it in you can tell is almost due for a cleaning. Chicken and Fish Maw Soup base: abalone with this is a great price. The soup lemme tell you amazing! My favorite part and delicious! Savory but light. "Kobe beef" 4/5 Very much mislabeled but good meat nonetheless. Overall: 4/5 a great place and I love how the soup base is the first thing you drink. Always been a soup guy so this was the spot. read more

I've had my share of hotpot over the years, and I used to think that Happy Lamb (formerly Little Sheep) had the best soup stock, but I was surprised at this find. First, you come here for 2 things: the soup, and the chicken that goes with the soup. The soup is simply put the most fragrant chicken soup I've ever had and it's delicious. The chicken, mostly dark meat chopped into pieces, cooks well and the longer you leave it in the pot the better it is. Everything else is kind of irrelevant but feel free to get sides to throw into the soup for hotpot use. Finish off the meal with their house noodles and it's the perfect end to their meal. AYCE fruits and snacks at the sauce bar is good too but that's like going to Fogo and only eat from their salad bar. Highly recommend Miss Flower Hotpot if you're a hotpot fan and want to try something...completely different. read more

We celebrated my father-in-law's retirement here, and had the best experience! We booked a private room in advance, which was perfect for our group of 10 (including 4 young kids). Spacious room and large table, we also appreciated that it blocked out the noise from the main dining area so we can hear each other talk. Definitely order the chicken stock with fish maw - it's truly rich and comforting, with many health benefits (like collagen for those of us who worry about how to combat aging). All the raw seafood, meat, and veg ingredients were fresh. The sauce bar was also very well stocked with plenty of options for every palate. I also appreciated that the sauce bar had small eats that we could start munching on before the hot pot food was ready. Service was very attentive and patient. I also loved that they were kid friendly and provided kids plates and cups. All around might be my favorite hot pot place in NJ! read more

I've been here several times with family and we always order the chicken and fish maw broth. I live in California, but they do not have a branch there (yet, hopefully!), so I try to visit at least once each time I am in town. The servers are friendly, and the food is great. The collagen broth is particularly rich and flavorful, but the chicken broth refill is pretty good too. We sometimes have leftovers, so we take it home and add in Asian noodles and other veggies into the soup at home. Overall, I would definitely highly recommend. Until they open a branch in Los Angeles, I'll have to keep flying to NJ to visit this place. read more

My new favorite hot pot place. We usually go to happy lamb, because it's ayce, prices are reasonable and food is fresh. But they have nothing on the flavor that the 10hour chicken and maw broth impart on the food. It comes with pieces of chicken, fish maw, white fungus, yam, pumpkin and noodles. We also ordered a mushroom platter and a vegetable platter. I would just pick my own vegetables next time, because we were stuffed. The service was friendly and we had a great experience here. And they let you take that delicious broth home if you have any left over! read more
Amazing food and service, definitely on the pricey side for hot pot but you're paying for more premium options and choices you normally couldn't get at most hot pot places. The decor is very modern and upscale but the bathroom could use a bit more attention. I really enjoyed my experience here, easy to order food and the staff was very attentive. You can taste the quality in food and I really like that the broth is made fresh in front of you. Definitely something nice to try at least once. read more
