We got the white tonkutsu ramen and some gyozas as appetizers. For bobba, they had mango and Passionfruit , everything was delicious. Our server was very nice, like very courteous and not overly asking if our food was OK. This was our first time here and we're definitely coming back.
Ordered dinner for pick up today. I opted for spicy garlic edemamae- there was loads of garlic possibly the minced garlic straight out of a spice shaker or a jar (didn't seem like fresh garlic at all) flavor was pretty good but not amazing. I also had the veggie ramen (no tofu) , they said it didn't come with menma or bean sprouts so I added those along with a seasoned egg (which didn't make its way into my order) . seeing photos of the menu on yelp shows it came with bean sprouts and menma but those photos are a couple years old so maybe that changed - or I got over charged.( i'll report back on that) The veggie ramen was good over all but it was $20.50 after adding in 2 veggie items and an egg. there was 3 bok choy leaves through out the whole bowl.(leaves not heads)z I called as soon as I got home and noticed the $2 egg was missing and they said they would refund the egg. Thai tea was good, perfect flavor and sweetness however the boba was a tad soft a few pieces kinda fell apart on the first chew. I would definitely give them another shot however I would opt to dine in. the space was nicely decorated and looked like they may provide a great experience. *1/8/26- came back to add they never made the adjustment for the missing items 1 star removed for poor customer service.
Everything went well. Both of my servers were very pleasant and accommodating. Menu is easy to read and explains each ramen, wings, and other items. I got the R5, Tonkatsu. Best broth I've had in the state so far. I'm from Houston and I've tried most of our places, but this one really impressed me with the quality of the food. Was it the largest portion? No, and honestly I'm thankful. It was the right amount. Everything was very balanced in the ramen and it was very enjoyable. The restaurant was fairly quiet, and possibly because I checked in for an early dinner, or maybe because of the nonstop rain today. I definitely wouldn't sleep on this place.
If I could give 6 stars I would! My son just said this is birthday spot worthy . We ordered the gyoza, lemon pepper wings and bulgogi/ ramen R7 it with a chili bomb on the side. The gyoza is fried to golden perfection we loved it! The lemon deeper wings had a super thick breading but the crispness and flavor was incredible. Now the best part the Bulgogi! It was like from heaven it was incredible. I will fully admit I licked my bowl like a child and I'm not embarrassed. We also loved the inside, we walked in looked at each other and said this is neat. Looking from the outside we were expecting a more bare bones and modern feel but we were quickly transported once we walked in. We also noticed we were immediately greeted, the service was outstanding. She was all smiles and super friendly without feeling fake. We felt so welcome. I'm just shocked we were the only ones there at 11:15am. Yes a litttle early but by the time we left there were still only maybe 3 or 4 other tables. This place beat out Tatsu-ya for both my son and I. Shocked we also gave that 5 stars, we didn't know we were lacking until we came here. This place put me in such a good mood, I'll be skipping the rest of the day.
I came to this location in June of this year and am finally getting around to adding this review (better late than never). Let's get to it, shall we? Ramen I purchased the spicy ramen because why not? The key to making spicy ramen is adding a variety of ingredients to create the desired level of heat and flavor such as chili flakes, chili oil, chili crunch, sriracha, gochujang, sambal oelek, or togarashi... I was expecting to dive into this bowl of spicy ramen and have each slurp be packed with bold flavors and a satisfying heat. This was not the case. What could be tasted was the richness of miso, but not the chilli flakes nor any garlic, etc. This ramen was traditionally made but the flavor profile was missing. Chicken wings The chicken wings were okay but no extraordinary. They were fried properly yet the taste was not distinctive. Overall, this place is ight, but there are better ramen places in the area.
Such a cute spot right next to Kalahari! Everything was delicious and service was great. Definitely recommend the black ramen. It is so much flavor and didn't feel super heavy after I inhaled the whole thing. I'll be back to try more!
A ver nice interior with several tables for dining inside. Definitely more of a dine in restaurant than a most order at counter or kiosk. The ramen was very tasty. I added the egg, it doesn't come with vegetarian ramen. The broth was tasty, as was noodles and veggies. Definitely a good place to enjoy ramen.
Misaki- Ramen is hands down one of the best! The ambience and decor is refreshing and relaxing with big picture windows. The food is delicious and flavorful. Customer service was amazing! Facility is very clean, very casual and comfortable. I love it! Looking forward to our next visit!
Cuuutee cuuutee cute inside Located near kalahari this is a cute little spot to stop in on a cold day for ramen or boba ! Prices I felt they were a bit high for the quality u are receiving, We got Chicken wings- salt n pepper (wings were huge more sweet then spicy, I'd say light flavor) Octopus balls- wasn't what we were expecting Ramen- isn't the best ramen I've ever had , heavily handed on the green onions, broth wasn't as rich in flavor as I've had at other places Beef bbq- one of the most expensive items on the menu beef is very very very thinly sliced (yes I've had bbq before) but it was on top of a mountain of onions,.. taste was ok but definitely wouldn't order again Chicken wings were the favorite then the Ramen Cleanliness was great Customer service I'd say ,.. I feel bad because I felt they were stressed and underprepared for the amount of ppl. There was no friendliness no walking us to the table (Called out our name after waiting for some time n was told sit over there,.. just wasn't the hospitality u want for the first time at a place) Second was when we were ordering it was very rushed no interaction she wouldn't look at us, we wanted a recommendation n she just pointed to something n was like thts good Again felt they are missing the mark on customer service but looked very underprepared for ppl inside N that's NOT their fault I'll try again in the day time as the waitress did say she wished ppl would come then instead of the evening,.. So in short day time ramen place Go for wings
This place is a hidden gem across the street from the Kalahari resort. We got a Black Sauce Ramen, Bulgogi Miso, and Garlic Pepper wings and they were all so delicious! The wings were cooked to perfection with a nice crunch on the outside and flavorful seasoning. We enjoyed both of our Ramen's as well; the black sauce ramen was bold and flavorful and the Bulgogi ramen was also unique. They are on par with Ramen Tatsuya in my opinion! Will be back again soon!
A first time visit here. After a chilly visit to the LIGHT park at Dell Diamond, this restaurant is secluded in a commercial strip and found by Yelp locations. From the outside it was less lighted, but definitely beams originality and decency. We came for a hot bowl of ramen and we found more. This place was cute! Not many guests at this time 7:00 pm. The staff was friendly. The menu was simple. When asked for a kids menu, we learned that the owners used to have a menu with more than 100 items and now limited the items. They do not have kids items. Suggested was to order an appetizer. Ended up ordering a full meal. The ramens were tasty and very rich. The amount was too little. Definitely not enough broth. Black sauce ramen was the tastiest to my opinion and the spicy chicken ramen was too spicy. Hot miso was actually most balanced. The chicken Karaage that we ordered 2 servings of, was well marinated and soft fried, not as crispy as I would have expected. There was a $2.99 deal for fresh tea boba if you ordered a meal. But added the milk it became $6.50. The milk that was used must have been dairy and not lactose free milk, because we got the tummy troubles. Bobas are commonly served with lactose free milk. And then came the bill: 5 quick small meals for $137....
A nice quaint place that was very very clean and organized. Excellent service from door to table, and the menu was well organized and a lot of great options not only for Ramen, but for milk tea as well if you're a milk tea lover! The ramen was well done, very tasty, flavorful, and a good amount a chicken. Besides a little more moisture in the chicken, it's a great spot to get your ramen fix!
Their Oishii (black garlic oil) ramen is amazing. The karaage in their rice bowl tastes Americanized because it is sweet. Their karaage appetizer is served with ranch/sour cream. Their bubble tea/boba is okay. I loved the vibe with the Japanese decor and music. Their service is good - even though it was busy, our server was very friendly. read more
This place is so inviting, and I would highly recommend it. Victoria was very thorough of going over the menu, very honest and even stated about the macha. I then chose the torah with boba.Oh my gosh, this drink is so good. My wife and I had one of the best meals here Bolgogi is really good. Oishi was also very good We are definetlt coming back here. After living around here for 3 years finally made it out to eat at this magnificent place. It did not disappoint. Thank you again Victoria for the great service read more

Ordered tons of food from this place multiple times and they are fantastic! So so delicious. Ramen is my favorite food so i have high standards and am very picky, this place is the only place to respect substitutions and values their customers wants and requests. The store is clean and service is fast and high quality. read more

If you're a fan of ramen, then Misaki Ramen should definitely be on your list of places to visit in Round Rock. During my recent visit, I ordered the White Sauce ramen (Pork Tonkatsu) and it did not disappoint. The broth was flavorful but not too overwhelming, and it had a light weight to it that made it easy to enjoy. The pork belly was seasoned and cooked to perfection, and I especially liked how it was grilled. The noodles were on the thinner side, but they were still very good. They also were very generous with the toppings and the pork slide was a good size (not shown in pic, but it was like palm sized). The service was amazing as well; The food was ready in 15 mins and the two young servers were extremely kind. The ambiance of the place was relaxing, with background piano music playing. There's plenty of parking available. Overall, my experience was amazing and I can't wait to come back to try their different ramens. I give Misaki Ramen a 5/5 and the ramen itself a 9/10. read more

First time trying Misaki Ramen and I'll definitely be returning! Ordered the garlic edamame and they had a nice salty and seasoned flavor. Also had the Chicken Ramen and the broth was flavorful and creamy. Overall attentive service and an enjoyable time at this new spot. read more

Had a birthday dinner there tonight just me and my mini - it was delicious and lived up to the hype! we definitely come back with the hubs. Service was great - very sweet! They brought a booster after they saw my little was trying to eat on her knees...then brought a glass of ice when they saw i was digging it out of my water to put in her broth to cool it off. Thoughtful! For a Friday night, based on the reviews, I thought it was going to be busier than it was - nope, there were just a few booths of guests. Nice and quiet for my first try - i feel like i was able to get the full experience without the craziness. read more

Ramen was delicious! You don't have to deal with the hassle of going to the Domain or getting stuck in downtown Austin traffic like with some of the other ramen spots. Relaxing atmosphere. Negatives- a bit pricey but the taste was worth it for me. Definitely going to make this a regular dinner spot! read more
Love the new location. It has booths and tables. They have a variety of items like they did at the prior location. I ordered the Chasudon and hubby ordered the Bulgogi Miso Ramen. Wait time was normal with items that are cooked to order. Presentation of the meals were nice. However I took a bite of the Chasudon and was about to choke. It was overly spiced with black pepper. That's all I could taste. It was so spicy and I couldn't take more than two bites. Hubby didn't care for his ramen and I knew he wouldn't. He said it was too sweet for his liking. I knew it was due to the bulgogi. For $40 it was not worth it. Hopefully in time, it will improve. read more

Pro: Ordered food to go and it was done in 25-30 minutes. Packaged in separate containers and tasted excellent. Service was good when I made the order over the phone and when I picked it up. The restaurant's ambiance inside was very nice. Looks like it could be a good dating spot. Con: It's a bit expensive. Cost me 50$ for two build a bowl. My husband did get beef bulgogi in his which is 9$ Overall, this is my favorite ramen so far so I'll come back again read more

Ate there for lunch today, Had the R1, or "White Ramen" it was soo good! I have eaten at most of the major Ramen Places in the Austin area, and I think this is my favorite! The Chasu was the best I ever had, could have used a little more broth, but probably not really, the bowl was really well balanced. I am going again for sure!!! read more
I used to go to the round rock location, and I loved the bulgogi ramen. This bulgogi ramen is just okay. The noodles were kind of rubbery and there was very little broth. No egg-- I think that's extra. I think maybe everything is extra because it was noodle and a bit of meat in a scalding hot bowl. My husband ordered Chashu Don and it tastes like Texas BBQ seasoning. So yeah, I liked that meat, but it was weird to have in a Japanese rice bowl. Additionally, the chicken kaarage was EXCELLENT but was served with something that I'm pretty sure was hidden valley ranch diluted a bit. read more

Came here feeling hopeful but nope... Order vegetable ramen and they have to explain that the ramen is sweet. And to add extra garlic oil. Shoyu base ramen js common to be a little sweet so I didnt add the garlic oil (like why there should be separete oil?) What could be wrong, right? The ramen came and extremely sweet. It was like drinking sweet tea. I am not kidding you. Like if you have to explain to every single costumer how it should be... there must be something needed to be improve, right? The karaage donburi was really salty. The chicken itself is seasoned, the batter is seasoned, the donburi sauce is seasoned of course. And it came with red miso soup which also salty. Like wow the quadruple layer of saltiness just wow. The chicken wing was the only thing that was okay. The price is also kinda pricey. That was a sad money spending. read more
