I just talked to somebody in customer service who told me that they cannot service it because they did not move it to my new hone. I asked her what I should have done and her response was to call Arhaus and ask how to move the table. That is the dumbest response I have ever heard! So according to her thinking I need to call each individual furniture company to find out how to move each piece of furniture in my home. She did however give me the name of the company that Arhaus refers to for issues after the item was moved by someone else. Also, the manager of the store where we purchased the table told me to call customer service and there wouldn't be any problem since it's still under warranty. I'm not blaming the manager at this store. They need to train their staff properly too.

These rugs will be the most cherished heirlooms in our house for our children. Installation was completed and Jose and his crew did a horrible job. The floor is unlevel, the vinyl tiles are popping, corners are sharp and cutting my kids feet. The job needed to be redone from start to finish. They sent Jesse out to fix the job, he did an amazing job fixing a lot of the popping and sharp pieces. However, he was not able to level the floor since the job was done incorrectly and needed a complete redo. I requested multiple times for Bill to come out and see the job for himself and since Jesse "fixed" the job they are no longer responding to me. We paid $5000 for a floor that must be completely redone. I absolutely would not recommend this company but if you do use them, only let Jesse and his crew work on your job.
