The plaid chair wasn't even anything I saw in person, but they knew when they saw it, it would fit my aesthetic to a tee. It tied everything together, and all of the furniture is extremely high-quality, durable and so so beautiful! The delivery team went above and beyond to ensure my experience was a positive one as well. They called and checked in the day before, gave a time frame, and were there right on time. Carson and Noah were friendly, polite and super helpful. I won't be going anywhere else for furniture from now on, and we love supporting a local, family owned company. It's the only place my in laws by furniture too, and they have ordered several custom pieces from them that have turned out STUNNING. They literally have every fabric option imaginable, and do an awesome job helping coordinate colors and patterns. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We'll be back!

The employee that helped us pick out flooring was very rude and almost acted like we were a bother. We bought dark wood flooring for the main level and it was expensive. 6 months after we were in the house the flooring started chipping and continued to get worse. It also has a haze that will not go away. I am a very clean OCD person and followed all the instructions for cleaning. We have never worn shoes in the house. It took multiple calls and close to 3 months to get in contact with someone at Williams. They sent a person out and their suggestion was to use an oil marker to fill in the areas. This was not satisfactory to us so we finally were able to get in contact with the owner. He replaced some of the boards but that was it. We now have $10,000 floor that looks terrible and we can't even get a return call. Also, the carpet is very cheaply made. We have Home Depot carpet also, it was 1/2 the price and double the quality. If you need flooring I HIGHLY suggest you go elsewhere.

The water-damaged carpet some people said I had to throw out, looks amazing now. Kelly Cleaning uses enzyme cleaning agents, spot cleaners and the high temp water after vacuuming, which is what I searched for online, and how I found them. I have used a multitude of services in Michigan and other states for carpet cleaning have paid much more in the past for for less than satisfactory results. I will definitely use their services again. Since I am pretty fastidious about the properties I manage, I was on site and oversaw the work. I do that with all my contractors, and they know I care and do what I can to help them do the best job they can do including pointing out the specific problems areas and making sure I've cleared the area for them. After the cleaning, they let me know which areas might still have some staining even after spot treating and hand cleaning, so that I could manage my expectations. I noticed the other review was written a over a year and a half ago. All I can say is that the job they did today was outstanding. I found out it's a local family owned business, which I personally like to support, and would recommend them without hesitation based on the services performed today.

I always thought it was super high end and expensive for some reason. We decided to just browse one Saturday morning and we ended up having a great experience! There is metered street parking in the front of the store, but there's also a large free parking lot behind the building. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and asked if we had been in before. When we said no, the friendly employee gave us the lay of the land and told us there are three floors to the store and that it's much bigger than it seems from the outside. Totally true! I always thought this store was small, but it's really huge. We started browsing through all the setups and were immediately impressed by the styling of each area and all the different items. They have all kinds of furniture, decorations, and rugs. Prices were clearly marked which I appreciated since it shows they're not trying to hide anything. I was pleasantly surprised that I found quite a few things that would fit into our budget, along with higher-end, more expensive pieces. They also have a clearance section which we looked through. The pieces I saw mostly swayed more modern and a little less traditional, which is more my style anyway. Upstairs we found a coffee table that was a major upgrade from our current table, but still in our budget and actually quite affordable. It has a metal base and a glass/ceramic top that looks and feels like marble. Super sleek and sophisticated! Christine was upstairs and asked if we needed any help. We asked her about the process for purchasing as we wouldn't be able to fit the table into our car. She told us that we could pay for it and come back with a larger vehicle, or we could pay $60 for local delivery. SOLD! I am all about that convenience and for $60 they can pack and carry the pretty heavy table. We paid for our purchase and Christine was super awesome with the whole process. I am so glad we finally stopped in to Stonesthrow and I can't wait to go back! She did say that they also do special orders if you know something you want and they are able to get it in store. Highly recommend looking here instead of Wayfair etc. for a local option. They also provide interior design services!
