With the map, I had a photocopy of a description of the original atlas that the map came from. The map was done promptly when the Fine Art folks said it would be and they called to let me know. When I went to pick-up the map, there was no description mounted on the back. I asked about it and Will, the owner I believe, was very apologetic and pretty much next to himself in frustration for having misplaced it. "No big deal," I thought and went on my way. The framing was done well and affordably, so I didn't mind about lost description. A few weeks later I received a handwritten note from Will in the mail. He had found the description by researching the map and photocopied it and included it with his note. It was pretty remarkable that he worked that hard to recover the lost document. Thanks, Will. You rock.
