As we entered the building, it was tastefully decorated for Christmas and we were greeted with warm smiles from staff and a woman behind the counter telling us she makes all of her desserts homemade! Each and every dessert looked absolutely fantastic! They were very close to closing for the night but she allowed us to stay to experience that homemade taste. The 6 of us each ordered something different and we all agreed, they were absolutely delicious!! We were never pressured to leave or eat quickly and enjoyed our dessert and drinks with no rush or pressure from the staff. The woman came to our table and asked for feedback and we chatted with her for close to 15 minutes! Chicca is an absolute gem and her desserts are absolutely amazing! Her dinning menu is something we will come back and enjoy. We would all highly recommend this place.

The staff was very kind and attentive unlike most restaurants I've been to so far in Portugal. The service was great and surpassed by the quality of food served. The Pilau Rice €2,75 went great with the Lamb Mango (with Mango Pulp) €9. We also had Meat Samosa €3. The food was great. Especially the Lamb Mango that's made with Boneless Leg of Lamb. It was truly fantastic and I would come here plenty and be a regular if I were there longer. Definitely give this place a chance.

This place is in the middle of busy street so we figured it would be slightly less flavorful, more expensive food geared towards tourists. We were hungry, though, so we gave it a shot. Water for drinks and ordered the vegetable samosa for a starter. For meals we got the chicken korma, lamb and vegetarian paneer. I ordered my chicken korma with the hottest intensity they could muster. It had some fire but was still flavorful. My dinner companions also liked their respective meals. I was a big miffed by the fact that your meal is a la carte. That means if you want rice or naan with your stew, you have to order it on the side. Such crap. Other than that, service was as good as can be expected. I'd return but perhaps for takeout. It is in a busy street and I think I fed the stray dog more than I fed myself. He was soooooooo cute though!
