Not only did I pay the exact price quoted (plus optional tip) with no hidden fees, they showed up at 2pm (time slot was for 1-4pm) and were out in 15 minutes. Courteous, quick, and professional on all points. Can't thank or recommend them enough! Cheaper than some others, too.

My husband agreed to this and someone came and gave him the estimate. He kindly thanked him and said we would think about it since it was a bit more than he was expecting. With that, the extremely rude woman called my husband back yelling at him that she doesn't just "send her workers out for fun and to waste gas just to be turned down and expect something free." My husband tried to remain calm as the woman continued to yell and be completely unprofessional. He tried to kindly tell her that SHE agreed to send someone out just for an estimate. We were going to go with them for the job but after this completely rude and unprofessional call we quickly decided to give our business elsewhere and tell everyone we know to find another business to support. *Update in response to owner* We do not live in Newark NJ, but in a town over from your business in Hawthorne so we are not mistaken.

I decided to go with A Plus, and it was a very good decision. We called and spoke with Danielle and made an appointment, they were pretty booked and busy back in early September. But she got back to us with an earlier appointment and Tom made it to us on time and prepared to clean the dryer vent. He explained what he would do, how he would do it, I watched as he worked and his approach - I had seen several YouTube videos of how it's done, but seeing someone actually do it was interesting for me. We weren't completely sure the dryer vent cleaning would fix the problem - but Tom gave us confidence that we didn't need to buy a new dryer, that the dryer vent cleaning would solve the problem. And guess what? He was right. We didn't have to purchase a new dryer after all, the dryer vent cleaning did the trick and A Plus was very fair in their pricing. We also spoke about other services A Plus provides, including powerwashing and gutter cleaning. Considering how happy we were with the dryer vent cleaning, we called Danielle back recently and look forward to A Plus to clean our gutters and downspouts. Tom knows his stuff and we now have confidence in him to take over our bi-yearly gutter cleaning. It's not just their company's name, it's how I describe their service. A Plus.
