Additionally, he was very open to my questions and explained the process in detail. He explained how dust and debris easily fly despite a couch being barely used and put multiple airway systems to prevent the room from smelling and accelerate the drying process. The job wasn't rushed and this can be seen through the results. I would highly recommend Drew's services to anyone looking to have their couches cleaned. I scheduled for the following week at 9 am to have my all of my bedrooms, hallway and stairs done. Lee arrived promptly at 9 and proceeded to start working. He walked around to look at the condition of my carpets, explained why I had black stains on the carpet that was close to the baseboard, and what I could reasonable expect in terms of cleaning those areas. After Lee finished, I immediately scheduled for the rest of the carpet as well as my sectional and kitchen chairs to be cleaned a month later. My carpets look clean and my entire home smells so fresh. But I must say my carpets feel softer and softer as the days go by. It is an absolute pleasure to walk on them. Though the previous carpet cleaning company left my carpets clean, my home had an unpleasant smell and the carpet felt very hard and uncomfortable. Lee explained that he uses a green cleaning solution which includes a conditioner. Lee is prompt, thorough and his prices are reasonable. This young man is genuinely a hard worker, very reliable, and quite impressive as a first time business owner. We have been working with Darren for about 2 months now and his communication is very well appreciated and his work ethic is exactly what we were looking for. Because of his reliability, the quality of his workmanship, and his willingness/ flexibility to work with our sometimes changing schedule + calendar is exactly why we chose to give him our business. When we look for vendors/ contractors, we look for people that we can trust so we can build a long term partnerships and relationships, because let's be honest, who wants to spend all their time looking for new vendors/ contractors? We believe we have found a good partner with Darren and we look forward to continuing our relationship with this very hard working young man.
