He DOES NOT ever intend to finish the work he begins. He began installing a central A/C in my home in March 2026. My mother trusted him and gave him the full amount prior to finishing the job. Suddenly he has had MULTIPLE family emergencies, health problems and even family deaths? He stole our money and never finished the work. My mother and I were scammed into believing he knew anything about HVAC systems, which he does not. He gave my mother a sob story about needing knee surgery and she took pity on him. He took $4,000 from her along with $7,000 for 3 attic fans that never arrived and he has no intention of installing or returning the money. It is now almost August 2026 and he continues to lie to this day that he 'will show up', but then no shows and does not call blaming 'the weather' or a fake emergency. It was our fault for believing him, but if he believes he can walk away with $30,000 without a lawsuit he is sadly mistaken.
