I saw Jolanta for quite a few Vascu-Touch sessions for broken capillaries on my cheeks, mole removal as well as skin tags. The Vascu-touch system worked VERY well on my skin type. Areas healed with no trace of scarring. If anyone knows how to locate Jolanta - if she is working elsewhere - please share info here. I scheduled my microblading with Tristyn. I found Tristyn in Instagram and also looked at the review I. Yelp. Her work in Instagram was amazing and the reviews in yelp was impeccable. Since I had days off this week, I messaged Tristyn to schedule an appointment, and she got back to me and informed me she had an opening on my day off. So today is that day! Tristyn explained every step to me. She took time measuring and drawing and made sure I liked the outlines and the coloring. She explained everything in detail. The end result is unbelievable. The hair strokes seems like my real hair. You can't even tell which is my real eyebrows from the microbladed ones. Simply amazing. I have my touch up in 6 weeks after my planned vacation. This is a review specifically about the Microblading technician Tristyn. She is amazing. I originally found her because I was looking for someone to do my sisters already tattooed eyebrow. After I seen good reviews here on help, I had to find her Instagram profile to further see her work. Let me tell y'all I wasn't even looking to do mine let alone so quickly. Within a few days I set my appointment. I went in not sure what to expect and miss Tristyn was so nice. She explained things so I could understand and she was very confident she could give me "my brows but better". Honestly it's really up to you and what your looking for but I wanted my shape enhanced and a little more arc while still making them natural. I wanted the option to have them glam or natural depending on the day. But still look great with zero make up on. I waited a few weeks to have some pictures to post alone with my review and I will update it after the touch up heals. She was so much fun to be around that it almost didn't feel like a blade was making hair like stroke all over my brow area. I can say without question, I feel like I have a low pain tolerance compared to people I know and I don't have any tattoos so I thought this would be more painful. I've heard a few people say it hurts for sure maybe not as bad as some tattoos but still noticeable. So I expected pain. I was very pleased I experienced very little pain. On a scale 1-10 I would give it a 1.5. She numbs you before, then while the skin is open, another numbing agent goes on to further numb you deeper beneath your skin. I'm sure it makes all the difference because not many people I've talked to got double numbed. She is very meticulous and precise. The mapping out and measuring takes the longest for sure. It's about a 2 hour procedure in total. But I like that she takes her time to give you the most accurate beautifully symmetrical eyebrows possible. She is careful not to go overboard and leaves enough wiggle room for the lines to heal as to prevent small lines connecting, making them thick strokes vs. small strokes. It all depends on how course your natural hair is. It's the small details she pays attention to that makes all the difference. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who wants beautiful brows (whatever that means to you) come see her. She really knows what she is doing. It's artistry at its finest. She responds quickly on her Instagram and texts. @ Microbladingbytristyn I was blown away by the even more beautiful pictures shown there of how she creates such gorgeous brows. I was afraid no one would be up to the task of creating my perfect brows, but Tristan came all the way through! I came here a couple of times for a body wrap with Jennifer. I don't know if the body wrap actually worked since I was also eating better and working out more - so who really knows? Nonetheless, Jennifer was AMAZING - she has such a great personality and amazing customer service. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed as you are basically in your underwear or naked for body wraps. Once you're laying down fully wrapped, it does get toasty but don't hesitate to let them know if you are uncomfortable so they can make adjustments - you don't want to overheat. I originally went to Stacey who gave me an amazing facial along with incredible information to take care of my skin. She was/is five stars. I went back and she's not there so made an appt with the older woman/owner (guessing) and it was okay, very practical and perfunctionary. Here's the thing: when she left for me to dress I looked at the products and the serum was dark brown and smelled like Root Beer/cola. I do not recommend Tristyn Brows. First off, I had my eyebrows microbladed two years prior and couldn't book an appointment with previous technician to get them touched up. I learned about Tristyn from reviews on Facebook and IG. That till be the last time i will rely on social media for reviews. It wasn't the case! I was upfront from the beginning-customer service means everything to me. I asked her to touch up my eyebrows from the last microblading. She created a line above my eyebrow line and didn't follow the hair line. I have a line above my left eyebrow and my natural eyebrow hairline(2 lines on my Left eyebrow). I shared my concerns with Tristyn and she did not respond to my voice messages, text messages and emails. Finally months later, she replied after hanging up on me when she heard me introduce myself...After continuing to text, call, and email her she responded with..."sorry you are unhappy-I have no legal responsibility to your decision-Wish you the best." I paid $450 for microblading service. I asked if she could refund me at least half to cover the cost for microblading removal. I hired a microblading removal technician to remove-After 4 sessions, i still need to continue with removal sessions as it doesn't come off easily. Her reply was "NO, sorry you are not happy with them." I recommend you NOT use her microblading services. read more

I'm your average straight guy...so facials at a day seemed like horror when I set up my appointment. When I arrived the front desk lady put me at ease and the person administering the heavenly treatment was AMAZING. She explained what she was doing in simple terms, explained product and tailored the facial to my finicky skin needs. I've been there several times and only had 1 experience that was a little disappointing...the lady took a cell call in the middle of my facial and she was not very nice. Their products are astronomically priced, but holy crap do they work well. Their rosacea gel was $60, but after a few weeks of it the slight redness in my skin actually started going away. I've been going to see Jolanta at Miracullum since 1995! I was a beauty writer for newspapers and magazines for over 13 years and have tried pretty much every day spa in Contra Costa County. I have NEVER found such great treatments or products before or since. I am obsessed with my skin and think of her whenever I need a product or just some advice. The only times I have received treatments elsewhere was because I was out of town and was usually disappointed. I'll never go for botox or some other kind of weird surgery, but as far as good, clean, healthy and hydrated skin, there is no better facial! The products are amazing and may seem expensive, but they are reasonable compared to many department store items and way less expensive than "exclusive" high-end designer brands that do the same thing. Unlike CINDY CRAWFORD, who gets credit for having such beautiful skin while she is flying to France for treatments twice a year for 20 years, this is approachable and perfect for regular women who just want glowing, healthy skin. I have been coming to Miracullum for over 8 years and am a loyal fan. I have had just about every service they offer: facials, peels, spray tans, vascutouch, massages and brow threading by Angel. I have had Angel and Stacie both do facials and they are great. Jolante always does my peels and she is an absolute professional. I have also had Jolante do my spray tanning and it is THE BEST spray tan I have every had! It doesn't smell bad, she uses an organic spray, and the color is perfect. You will not come out looking like a cheesy Umpa Loompa. The spray tan is pricey but it is far and away the best. I also highly recommend their products. I have tried many different brands in the past and while some can be very expensive the products at Miracullum are at a reasonable pricepoint and I think they work very well. I buy everything here and have not been disappointed. This is a very professional and clean spa. This place is AMAZING!!! I have tried every other spray tanning place in the area ( and I mean that, I have gone everywhere) I finally decided to try Miracullum for a spray tan and let me tell you... I will never go anywhere else. Not only is the tan absolutely flawless every time, the color looks completely natural and lasts for longer than a week. The spray is also organic so it is good for your skin. The woman that does the spraying is extremely nice and makes you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend coming here for a spray tan! Since my last review, I have been back on occasion both for facials and massages. All my positive comments since 2010 still stand (even with their new aestheticians). Jolanta, the owner, seems to do a brilliant job of hiring the best. I specifically wanted to write an updated review after seeing Icela for a massage session. She clearly is a superior masseuse (so is the other lady that I tried on a previous occasion). But Icela is simply very impressionable. She is clearly extremely hard working, very patient, but has a very amicable personality. Her personality is what got me sold. If I could, I would give Icela my business for a very long time. That aside, I still buy their products pretty regularly. I had been going to Miracullum for botox since last year. It is close to my work, clean, convenient and thought the doctor who injects the botox is sweet. Every time I went the doctor informed me that she will inject 15 units and got my approval. The last 2 times I went there I have not been happy. The firs time they over charged me. They had a special for $11 per unit while they charged me $12. This last time the doctor injected a total of 20 units without asking me. Walked me to the reception area and told the receptionist we did 20 units. I got so annoyed with this. I had budgeted to pay for 15 units. $60 extra that I did not account for was not right. I guess the communication factor was absent here. I will not be back but will find another place. read more
