Great place! A little more expensive than other places but completely worth it! I normally pay $30 plus tip for a gel mani with a 10 min massage. Gel last about 3 weeks. I normally need a fill before the gel starts to chip. I love that the spa is always clean, smells good and has fresh flowers. One of my favorite places to have "me time"! read more

I feel that I had a much better pedicure here when the spa was under different ownership as Sandalwood, but it's still not bad. I've had pedicures here a few times and the decor is lovely, but honestly there are a lot of other options for nail salons that do just as good a job for less money ($30 was a little steep for nothing special). read more

I go here for a pedicure every month, and have for about 2 years now. I love the clean design, the girls are friendly and it doesn't smell at all like some nail salons. They are really sweet when I bring my baby in too and never rush me out. Only negative is that they don't include the foot scrub in the regular pedi anymore, and tip is only in cash. read more

Great local nail salon. Little pricier than some places, but very clean, tons of nail colors, and not cramped like a lot of places. Can get crowded on the weekends, but weekdays you can always walk in. I only wish they had massage chairs for the pedicures, but their bench and pillows are comfy and spacious. read more

I've been coming here consistently for a good year now and I'm afraid yesterday was my last time for a gel manicure by Chin. She critiqued my nails and said the color was discolored from 2 weeks ago due to my hair coloring or self tanning. I told her neither and then she spoke Vietnamese to her co-worker Helen and Helen said I should get a darker color because of my hair color and my self tanning and I told her again it was not due to either. I was in a good mood, but after that I wanted nothing to do with the place and decided to get a manicure only. When asked if I wanted to book my appointment for the next few weeks I aid that I would think about it. If anyone has any recommendations for a good nail salon in the Richmond please let me know. Stephanie not only was willing to give me a gel fill fifteen minutes before closing - but she was more then happy to do so. She was so sweet and friendly and made me feel so comfortable even though it was my first time. (She even included the hand massage even though they had closed the doors!) The spa itself is also impressively clean and organized- exactly what you would hope it looks like. Cute decor, nice massage chairs, great nail color choices. My nails also turned out GREAT! I'm super particular and Stephanie did my nails sooo perfectly in such a fast time! They are the exact shape I wanted and they are thin and natural looking-i love them !!! Broke a nail on a Saturday and needed a quick fix on Sunday early before a wedding. Everything opened at 11 or so and I was desperate. I was there right at 10 and they just opened. I was literally the first person there but they took me in with open arms. I was greeted by a nice woman and she told me to have a seat and gave me tons of gel colors to choose from. I already knew I wanted white so that made it a lot easier. Another woman came to help me. She was warm and friendly. I instantly liked this place. She took her time to make sure all my previous color was filed off and helped me mend my broken one back together. I really liked the atmosphere and care taken with my nails. I went for a leg wax. The girl who was waxing me was answering/serving as the front desk phone person at the same time. Don't waste your money. They are not cheap. Basically a sweatshop. Employees seem miserable and speak in a foreign language to each other the whole time so the experience is always awkward. I don't recommend this if you want to relax. read more

I took my bridal party to Miracle Spa to get mani/pedi combos. I made an appointment for 5 girls, but one hour before the appointment we added 7 more! Not only was Miracle Spa able to accommodate all 12 of us, but they also let us bring in champagne and make a party of it. The open spa floor plan was perfect for both relaxing and chatting it up with the girls! I'd give them 5 stars just for the accommodation and service, but to add some icing to the cake, the treatments are excellent. There are a variety of special mani/pedi combinations (Chocolate & Mint, Citrus, Milk & Honey and more) that come complete with massage and avocado treatments. It's definitely worth checking this place out if you haven't already. read more

I came in for a pedicure early on a Thursday afternoon. When I walked in, I was the only person there and there were about five employees sitting around talking. They took me right away for a pedicure. The atmosphere of the salon is nice-- it's pretty big and relaxing. I was disappointed that the pedicure chairs are just normal chairs, though, and not the massage chairs, and that the water was just brought in a basin, so it didn't have the jets like some nail salons have. The pedicure itself was fine, on-par with past experiences I've had in the city, but it was a little off-putting to me that the nail tech barely said more than five words to me the whole time. I mean, I like to be left alone while getting my nails done, but I wasn't even offered water or tea, magazines, etc. The basic "spa pedicure" was $30, which I do find high compared to other places nearby. The experience wasn't bad, but I don't anticipate I'll be back. read more

I come to Miracle Spa for manicures and pedicures. They do a great job on your nails as well as provide mini massages on your shoulders and legs. They are also very hygienic and only use tools that have been sanitized. They are also very fast and are good with gel as well. I highly recommend them for a manicure or pedicure. read more

i walked in to miracle spa one afternoon & i have to say, i've been 'searching' for the 'perfect' nail spa FOREVER.. so please excuse my exitement & joy over finding it!... every single one of the ladies working this afternoon was polite, professional, & i must say.. absolutely delightful. (totally rare... i usually get the lady who tells me i'm a tom-boy because i have short nails!) this nail spa is HANDS DOWN the cleanest (and i'm not merely talking about its 'outward' appearance, although it is refreshingly uncluttered, luxurious & very inviting... by the way) & theeeee most hygienic (they open a fresh UV sanitized tool packet for each service.. no 'creepy blue barbicide' in the glass jar) i've ever seen! i've lived in san francisco my whole life.. and in the city alone i have visited at least 50 different nail salons (this sounds like a LOT, but honestly.. not just in one neighborhood either... from 'trying out' the some-odd 'chestnut street' shops & over-priced cow-hollow/pacific heights salons.. to the weird place next to regis salon in stonestown (and that place is just NOT right), i've seen more than my fair share of nightmares.. and quite a few lovely shops as well) but, none compare to the impeccable service & attention to detail that miracle spa offers its clients :o) -- at the VERY least, you can expect a great massage w/ your nail service, at least a couple friendly smiles, you won't be RUSHED out the door to make room for the next customer ... like anywhere else you'll go (appointment or not..) & you can be assured you won't be contracting any icky fungal infections here! i am so so happy with this place. & will be returning for my next service for sure! read more

This is a little bit pricier than other places, but it's worth it. I came here a couple years ago and it's still as clean as I remembered. I got a french mani/pedi the other day that came out looking really nice. The person doing my mani was pretty patient with me because I must have messed up my own nails before it dried three different times.. At most places, the ladies would've given me attitude or a bunch of sighs before fixing it, but she was completely nice about it. She quickly went over the messed up nails without any type of negativity, so that won Miracle Spa a bunch of points for me. I'm a pretty sensitive person when it comes to my feet, so I can't really take foot massages without kicking someone in the face. Even after the employee realized this, she continued with the massage, except she did it a lot more gently, which I appreciate. The mani/pedi turned out nicely, so there aren't really any complaints I can give about this place. 5 stars! read more

Ive been coming here to get my nails done since they opened originally on Geary St. This is the only place I come to, I always feel welcomed and they always do an amazing job with my nails. They also give amazing massages with the manis and pedis. I feel so relaxed afterwords. I got a pedicure there 2 weeks ago and my toes still look great! They were very clean and the pedicure was super relaxing. I thought it was strange that they set a timer for when they massage your feet, but it makes sense. The technicians themselves are great at what they do, and my nails always look great. They have many colors to choose from, and always give good suggestions on what will look the best. They have so deteriorated over time. Rude staff who give me cuts on my fingers, refuse to listen when I tell them this is not the color I picked and gel polish that chips so quickly. And there is no point to making appt, because Stephanie never honors them. She will make you move in order to accommodate other customers.Seriously, for the money they charge and how much I tip each staff worker, this place is just not worth it anymore.
