Nice and clean establishment. Plenty of chairs. We came in for pedicures without appointments and were able to be seen right away. Massage chair didn't work right and there was some pain and bleeding but other than that I was okay with the experience. Im used to being offered free water or tea but they didn't have that. I'm also used to warm water for my feet but it was cold. read more

Quality/Quantity - Time for a pedicure. NOT for me, lol, but for my guest. She is a regular customer here. As we take our daily walks by this place. Everyone is so friendly; they always greet us as we walk by. So today I dropped her off and she got a pedicure, a very short foot massage, some polish, etc. They gave me an inaccurate time to pick her up, but not their fault as I believe she wore the WRONG shoes!! So they wanted to make sure that the polish was dry and that it did not get ruined, etc. So I came back again in 15 minutes and they RUSHed to get her ready for me to pick up; although I was NOT in a hurry. But I can tell they felt bad for me. Now she is ready to come to Reno and visit me. :) Other services available - Facial, full massages, sugar wax, waxing, tinting, make up, eyelash extensions, etc. I did not take pictures as there were just too many people and I did not want to invade their space and privacy. Atmosphere - Small, but a VERY busy location. Open 7 days a week: mondays - saturday from 9:30am - 7:30pm and on sunday from 10am - 7pm. Limited street parking, but we walked. Service - 5 stars, from their in house service to us just walking and hanging out in the local neighborhood supporting as many businesses as possible. 2+ people were helping my guest today. Still love Miracle Spa! I'm a dental hygienist and am extremely knowledgeable about infection control which is why I take exception to the one star review left by Giovanna L. When using the foot soaking tub during a pedicure, the ladies use a new disposable liner for each client. Their instruments are sterilized after each use. They also wear gloves when treating clients. Therefore, it would be near impossible for a client to contract a fungal infection at their facility. However it's important to know that fungal infections can be readily contracted by wearing shoes without socks, by wearing sweaty socks, or by being barefoot at a gym - even for a moment. Another thing to consider is that Giovanna L. has only left this ONE single review on Yelp which is always suspicious. Do not let their review influence your decision to patronize this wonderful business! read more

Miracle Spa is the best! I've been coming here for almost 10 years and wouldn't ever go anywhere else. I always get compliments on my manicures & now all all my friends and family come here too. They take such good care of my nails and cuticles. My manicures can last 3+ weeks and pedicures even longer! Everything is so clean and relaxing. They have the most beautiful fresh flower arrangements, background music is great and the massage chairs are so comfy. So many colors to choose from and they always help me get creative when I want to mix & match colors or do something unique. All the women are so friendly. I really love this nail salon. I've gone to a couple different ones over the years, and I think now I will really stay and commit to going to this one only, even though I've moved out of the neighborhood. I do pay more for my regular pedicure than other places ($40), but I think it's worth it for these reasons: -Staff is friendly, they NEVER try to upsell me for getting a manicure, or gel pedicure. -They do a fantastic job. The regular pedicure I always get lasts at least 1 month, sometimes longer, which is amazing. I'm also very ticklish, or sometimes find pedicures painful, but they are always so gentle with my feet. I also like the stone rub they do. I also like the footbath with the lemon slices and flower petals. -The color choices in here are great, plentiful -The vibe here is very relaxing, never crowded when I go. I always tend to listen to my air pods, but the music in here is just casual easy-going pop music from the 2010s. I'm so glad I tried out this place! I will be going for many years to come. read more

The cleanliness of this nail salon was very impressive. The staff was very nice and friendly. The gel manicure (used OPI) was not the best--many places missing polish, despite asking to have it corrected. It has peeled off in less than a week. Might give them a second chance, but not worth the $50. read more

I've been going here for a couple years now and it's absolutely my favorite place. Such a gem. I take friends from out of town here too and have taken my son with me for pedicures when I lived around the corner. They ALWAYS do a truly fantastic job. Just every single time. You never walk out of there thinking "why did I waste my money". They really care and do wonderful work. The women who work here are so wonderful and patient and professional. I cannot sing their praises enough. Today I went in for a fast gel removal and was like sure slap on some regs nail polish. Phoebe buffed, did a cuticle cut, massage, everything. It was so fast and just LOOK at this!!! These are the nails of a goddess! I was in and out in 35 min. I've also gotten waxes here and will be trying a lash lift in the near future. My favorite nail salon in the city, I drive from Mill Valley because I'm sure that every time I will get a great manicure or pedicure. All the ladies are doing a great job, they are impeccable and professional. I have not been able to find a salon in Marin offering a proper service. So I'm happy to drive to SF for them. I started to treat myself to a foot massage last summer. I did some research and saw that Miracle reputation was very strong. Went the first time and have not and will not stop. Thuy is fantastic! She is very good at massage and is very conversational. I enjoy my "retreat" and like to go 2x a month if I can. Price is reasonable, relaxation is needed and fulfilled. I have a toe nail fungus after coming here 3 months ago, 3 of my nails are affected...it is the only place I have been for a pedicure the past 3 years and I only get a pedicure twice a year for special occasions, and no, there is nowhere else I have gone where this could have happened. So, it was here! Be careful, better go somewhere else where they are clean. Now I have months ahead of me to deal with this... eewwwww! read more

I used to go to Richmond Nail but not anymore. Even with an appointment I had to wait 30 minutes to get my mani and pedi done. So inconsiderate of their clients' time and why bother even making an appointment? I've tried multiple nail salons and so far have had bad luck in terms of finding one with good customer service and does a good job but I think I finally found it, The Miracle Spa! I went today with my niece and Katie did a great job on my gel mani and regular pedi. Super thorough, gentle and detailed. I will definitely be coming back and ask for Katie to do my mani and pedi. My friend introduced me to this spot back when we were in high school and I recently have been taking a break from acrylics to let my natural nails grow out and I was interested in trying a silk wraps. I originally called my go to spot Aquatica Nails but they were booked up so I decided why not give miracle spa another try? I should've waited for my regular salon... as I said I was hoping to try out silk wraps but my manicurist insisted on acrylic tips for two of my fingers that weren't as long as the others, so I agreed to do so on those two. then she continued to put powder on all the nails and when I asked her "so we're not doing silk we're doing powder nails?" She replies with "yes these are powder" um... ok? So what I want no longer matters ? So now I have thick powder on all my nails with a terrible paint job to top it off. Won't be returning. read more

I've been coming here for about 10 years since I went to college nearby. I've moved out of town, have moved back in town to support this salon but it's not worth it. The quality of the services have gone up and down and currently it's down with no upward swing in sight. I don't live in the area anymore, I actually travel across town to get to Miracle Spa (Excelsior to Outer Richmond) and it's not worth what you get. I went in on 7/12 for a gel mani and pedi and the gel is ALREADY lifting. I'll give them two stars because the facility is very clean. It's not even worth getting a massage with any of your services -- I've had cats rub up against my leg with more enthusiasm and pressure. I had to point out several times that there was still NORMAL (not gel) polish on my hands right as the tech was about to go in and put on the gel -- like you can't even take normal nail polish off?! The communication, the vibe and the overall customer service at Miracle Spa is dismal. Take your money and time elsewhere. read more

I've lived in the Inner Richmond for about 2 years now and this is my go to nail salon. They always do an amazing job and are meticulous with my cuticles which not all places are! They also give a 5 minute back massage every time which is literally the best. The shop is clean with good music and staff is super friendly. This was my 2nd time here and I got the "Hybrid" extensions fill-in. I had gone in 3 weeks ago w/ a Groupon for eyelash extensions for my 50th bday trip to Hawaii. The full set of lashes lasted the whole time in rainy/humid Kauai and almost two weeks after, with only some loss. I originally was going to just let them wear off and not do them again, but after having the hassle free morning routine and considering all the time I was saving, I would rather pay $100 every 3-4 weeks vs. agonizing over my mascara application to make my lashes look fuller every day. Stephanie & Thuy hooked me up although I was coming in at 5pm!! These ladies were the sweetest. I got acrylic nails with a pedicure. They did an excellent job & I can't wait to go back for my fill ins. They have many nail color options & some very cute designs. The location is a great quiet street, located on clement. However, my last visit left me a little disappointed because while it was extremely relaxing and the service was great, I'm not so happy with how my actual nails turned out :-( I did the Volcano Spa service for both my pedicure and manicure which were absolutely lovely, along with gel remove and gel on both my fingers and toes. The 10 minutes of massage for both were so nice, especially the shoulders and upper back that came with the manicure. But during the gel remove, the gel on my fingers was removed with the drill. It was the same on my toes but I don't have an issue there. Normally I wouldn't mind, but my natural fingernails were drilled down so thin that even though I cut my nails short, they're ripping at the ends with normal daily wear and tear. I went on Saturday morning and I've had two nails rip at the ends already and it is only Tuesday morning. I'm not sure if it was because I came in with long nails already (imagine asking for a medium-long set) and they may have been mistaken for gel-x or something of the sort, but it was just my natural nails with gel on top. I can even feel on all of my fingernails just how thin they were drilled down because suddenly all my nails are very flimsy, even with several gel coats on top. The rest of the service and experience were great, so it's a bit disappointing to feel like I regret how much I paid because of how weak my fingernails became after this appointment. Regardless I would still return in the future if I want the pampering experience, but if I can do without the massage and just need my nails done I may choose another salon instead. Just something to note if you're someone who is worried about your nail strength. UPDATE 8/4 9:48PM: Another nail ripped pretty far down just from scratching my head :-(

A very tasteful, custom design for an 11 y.o. They lasted almost 4 weeks but finally time to take them off. We made an appt for 2:30 today and due to Jenny not getting the message we had to wait about 30-40 minutes. Not the biggest deal, really nice out and our favorite boba spot just a few blocks down Polk St. When we got back the other woman in the shop started taking off the gels, they were taking a while to saturate enough to fully remove so the cotton with acetone and foil had to stay on longer. My daughter's fingers started burning and when we let them know, Jenny prompted the other woman to take a look. Not ready yet so while the owner was finishing up with another client this other woman needed to take care of it. At one point a customer had to ask this other woman to help my daughter, that she would kindly wait. It took over an hour to remove and clean up her nails, no manicure after. Two hours later my daughter's poor fingers are still burning. Jenny was quite apologetic and adjusted the price as a courtesy. We love Jenny but maybe she needs some more support in her shop.

The service at this salon was wonderful!! I booked my visit last minute and the women were happy to help me. We had good conversations (which I initiated) while I was getting my gel mani and regular pedi. Jenny did my pedicure and Thuy did my manicure. They were very polite and noticed that I kept eyeing other colors. Jenny called it and said, I know that you want to change colors! Which one do you want? Just say it... We want to be happy so choose the one you want. It's okay, you can keep changing your mind. lol After finishing my Pedi, she gave me a really nice foot massage and I definitely extended it! Thuy filed my nails perfectly and she even got the SIDES and the tips without me asking her too! If you get your nails done, you know what I'm talking about! While she was finishing up my nails, Jenny gave me an impromptu neck massage... How could she know that I absolutely needed that! Lucky for me, there was no wait at that time, so she was able to be generous enough to do it. Those two rock! Furthermore, Everyone in there, is so hardworking and their service in excellent. Stephanie one of the owner's family members, was running around back and forth to make sure everything was as it should be. She was so helpful when it came to servicing all of the customers and helping her staff. I would rate them 10 stars if possible. Visit them and tip them good, they deserve it!! read more

Just went to get my nails done for a friend wedding this Sunday, they help me choose this pink color, i kidda hesitate at first but turn out to be perfect. everyone keep compliment on my nails. this is always my favorite place to go get my nail and eye brown done. i dont get why other people is always said its too pricey. But at the end, i think it totally worth it because the place is always clean. The enviroment is so relaxing, u can just sit there and relax and enjoy the time there. - no complain - and the worker always so nice, always offer tee and water to any customer (never see them didnt offer any drink to anyone so ). It should be minus star doesn't deserve a one star even! I've been here couple times but today it was the WORST experience! Stephanie was so impatient when she did my manicure kept asking me to place the hand at certain angle and gave me attitude which I was ok at first people having bad days sometimes untill she filed my left index finger meat bleeding! I said it hurt! She was like oh sorry not sincere at all. I was expecting at least some kind of discount or anything but NO her RBF calmly no guilt at all told me no discount with NO apology! I walked by this place a few times each week, and i finally had the time to check this place out. I had my eye brows waxed, and the person who did it was lovely, and did a fantastic job. I also had my mani/pedi done. They did a good job on that too. This place is neat and clean, and overall it's big. It was a relaxing experience through each services i had, and i couldnt ask for more. I live in the neighborhood, and now that i tried this place out, and liked it, i dont have to go far to find a good nail salon. Overall, the owner and employees were really generous. That's a plus. I went here last week, and i loved it. I've been to other nail salons, and most of them are somewhat small places. This salon is big, so you don't feel crowded when you're in there. This salon has variety of services that they have to offer. So, it's not a typical boring nail salon. They don't do just nail, but facial treaments as well. The price for each services are reasonable. Above anything else, i love the service the employees gave me, and the owner is nice person too. The best nail salon I've been to in the city no joke. I've been to nail salons all over the city, south bay and east bay. The polish selection was huge here after all whats the point if there's no cute colors, and were all new (old polish chips faster.) Lots of magazines and everything was very clean. A 10 min. massage comes with the mani pedi! Its very relaxing too, I wasn't being asked if I wanted products, wax, designs, blah blah blah. Although the employees weren't seem talkative, but in a way i like it quiet too with that relaxing music they played. Everything went smoothly from the moment i walked in and out. Ahh definitely a place for calm and relaxation. I'm all about Mani/pedis and this place does just that - simultaneously! Spacious, comfy with plenty of cute pillows to cuddle, CLEAN, and fully staffed. It is a bit pricier than your average nail salon but it's worth it.
