This was our first time visiting Belgravia, and I was impressed by the space and the number of services they offer. From the looks of it, they can cover just about all of your basic needs for maintaining healthy nails and then some. They also offer waxing, facials, and several other services, so it feels more like a place where you can knock out a few different self care needs all in one visit. So I have been trying to come more to help out. She does a great Russian manicure and have been coming for about a year. She texted me back and told me that I am confirmed for 5:30pm and they would see me then for my Russian manicure and pedicure. I left the house around 4:30pm to get food and get there early to eat. I got food and was pulling into the parking lot. I got a text telling me they were busy and I needed to come tomorrow. I was already there and I was not available on Sunday. Having my appointment scrapped for walk ins was truly disappointed. We confirmed me coming in hours ago and my appointment was scrapped. Not okay. I have been coming for this long because the work is great. They are expensive and the prices fluctuate big time. Also I bought my own gel polish to use and they told me they have it so they could charge me an extra $15 for their polish. This just really let me down and can't keep doing business like this. I hope their walk ins pick up because they just lost a loyal long time client. If you guys know of any amazing spots nearby that do Russian manicures and pedicures, let me know!

I had to go out of my way THREE times during my birthday week to fix nails that should have lasted. Today was the third time I came in, and they still tried to charge me again. Instead of taking responsibility, they kept blaming me and saying I need to "be careful" over simple things like opening a door. That's ridiculous. The first and second time my nails broke, I actually bled and my skin was open and painful for days. Thankfully this time I didn't bleed, but that should never happen from a nail service. I even asked to just change the whole set so I wouldn't keep dealing with broken nails, and they refused unless I pay again. I've been getting long nails for years and this has NEVER happened. This is clearly cheap work and low-quality products. Complete waste of time, money, and energy. Never coming back.

My nails felt light and natural, but durable. Tam wasn't pushy with her recommendations either, and I appreciate being educated on better ways to maintain my nails. Another thing I noticed was how welcoming all of the staff were. They were chatting with customers like they were old friends, asking about the well being of family members and kindly gossiping.
