The time had come for me to buy a new car…read more I dreaded the process. I pulled onto the lot of a nearby new car dealership and immediately felt trapped. I could see the sharks inside - eyeing me up. They were just waiting for me to stop so they could attack. I left. Cruising down Lancaster Avenue I saw John's Great Cars. I have heard their radio ads for a long time and drove onto the lot. Salesman Jim was in the lot and smiled and waved. He didn't rush us as most dealers do. He came over and asked what I was looking for and pointed our two options. I immediately loved the one. I asked for the lowest price and what they offered was fair and a great deal. Everyone in the process was laid back, honest and amazing. They couldn't have been nicer. John was outside washing cars. While the owner of a used car lot in Reading isn't on the same social strata as a king or president of a country it was nice to see that the owner was humble and a working man. We will 100% return here for a future car. Without a doubt. PS: After getting home we noticed a TINY nick in the windshield. Called John's and they immediately said to bring it by anytime and they will fix it. Customer service = excellent.

Found a truck on autotrader, keller bros dodge in Lititz. I call ahead of time to say I'm coming…read morefor a certain truck and they say ok we'll have it ready. I get there and they have no idea where the truck is. After 4 hours and trying to flip me to another truck (no, I drove 2 hours for a specific truck) they finally figure out that the truck they advertised for sale on autotrader is the same one they loaned out to someone that had their truck in for service. They said it would be back that day. Nope. Then 2 days. Nope. Then on the 4th day they drove it to me and I find out that it has 3k miles more on it than was advertised. All the pics and paperwork said 23k, when I drive it there are 26k on it. I complained and got a free oil change. Then a few weeks later I get a call from the dealer saying the bank red flagged my paperwork and the loan isn't funded. Someone at the dealer fat fingered my ssn so it didn't match paperwork. So they ask me to email my ssn to them. Not a chance. Who asks to send ssn through unsecure email?!? I call the bank and settle it myself. Then I get notices from PA DMV that they don't have my previous cars plate, the one I traded in to Keller. So that issue is ongoing, don't know where the plate is yet. It's a shame because the salesman was a good kid, he tried. He hadn't been trained well on vehicle specifics or just didn't do his homework, because he didn't know a lot about the truck or even the dreaded "hemi tick" associated with rams, but he was nice to deal with. The incompetence at this place is astounding. Go somewhere else.

I submitted an inquiry on a specific vehicle that caught my attention, and received immediate response from Kerry Kneisley. After we set an appointment to come in and view the vehicle, I noticed a sign hanging from the vehicles rear view mirror. Kerry was very detailed oriented, patient, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to comprehend my situation. I ended up leaving that day with a new car and couldn't be more happier. I definitely recommend this place if anyone is searching for a certified used/new vehicle, especially when working for Kerry! Thank you Keller Bros!

I do not know if I could trust this dealer. Here is my experience…read more I was looking at their website, I have a RDX now and was looking to upgrade to the newer model. Their site will not show prices, asks you to click for Price. At this point they want all of your contact info. Since I am very busy I do not want constant calls so I supplied only my email. I get an email from a Herby, "Mitch wants a new Acura" He wouldn't give pricing as I asked but wants my phone number to call me. I Emailed back that I am looking for the price of the one I click on from their website. Next I get another email, " Is there a better way to connect?" Herby now goes into how he was unsuccessful reaching me and wants my phone number again, could text me, facebook me, every option except giving me the actual price. He goes on to explain they want me to feel un-pressured and have an awesome feeling. At this point, all I feel is that they just want my number in their contacts so that they can call me non stop. They hide their prices, will not give you anything unless you give up all your info. I will be sticking to one of the many other dealers that when you look on their site, clearly show pricing right away.

I never had a dealer service department send me a video of the actual service work being done in real time. What a great idea! We recently bought a used CX-5 from this dealer. Great sales experience. After many many Jeeps we decided to go with Mazda due to very good reliability reports. Our last Grand Cherokee was terrible with ECM problems and Savage Jeep could not diagnose the problem but still charged us over $250 for 'no actual' service. We will never buy another Jeep. Shawna from Piazza service was wonderful. My wife (her car) took the CX-5 in for the complimentary free first service and she's very impressed. Mechanic so polite and respectful. She loves her CX-5!

Stay far away from this dealership. Piazza Mazda of Reading got my car into an accident while under…read moretheir care. I brought it in for them to fix a vibration problem. They charged me 2200 dollars and said it was fixed. It wasn't. When they took it back the second time, they got it into an accident. Yes, they repaired the damage caused by the accident, but we all know how the system works when you go to trade in your car: "There was an accident reported against the vehicle, so we had to lower the trade-in value." Well, Piazza Mazda of Reading wont even acknowledge this fact when I ask for some form of compensation for the diminished value. Further, they still never fixed the vibration issue. It is still there. So, not only did they devalue my vehicle but they charged me 2200 dollars for fixing a problem that is still there. And when I escalated the issue, no one wanted to be bothered. So, take this as a warning. STAY AWAY from the Mazda brand and especially Piazza Mazda of Reading. They don't care about their customers and when it matters most they aren't going to do more than the minimum. They will upsell you every time you take it in for service. They will overcharge for everything. If they get your car into an accident, they will shrug and say "it happens" (that was literally what I was told while talking to the dealership manager, as I inspected the damage done to my vehicle). They feel it is ok to not compensate the customer fully for the damage they cause (they just repair it and hope the customer goes away). This is a warning. Stay away. Go purchase a car from a different company that values their customers, because Piazza Mazda of Reading doesn't.

It left me extremely suspicious of their expertise, but after having work done on my tie rods, I took the car to them for a simple balance and rotation. It wasn't until AFTER they had completed the job that they called me and said I would need brand new tires if I wanted to pass inspection, so I had to buy brand new tires. Instead of giving me the chance to get new tires and THEN perform the balance and rotation, they did the job anyway so I had to pay for the job to be done twice in the same week. Then after being promised I'd pass inspection because of the new tires, they failed me on inspection anyway, forced me to have more work done on my car, then failed it again. I called the garage that did the repairs they told me had to be done and they said they did the work up to state standards and there is absolutely no reason my car would fail. He actually recommended I get a sheriff involved because I was being robbed.
