I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. I took the appointment. On that Tuesday, nobody called (said they would call a 1/2 hour before coming), and nobody showed up at all!!!!!! When I called again, they said they would have the local branch call me. I asked how long before I could expect their call, and she said it'll take 24-48 hours. 2 days later, and I never heard back from them. Don't waste your time with this clown operation that couldn't care less about their (potential) customers.
